• Coordinate and manage event logistics
• Manage and work on event related administrative duties and documentation
• Sourcing, liaison and negotiation with clients & event suppliers
• Preparation & filing of quotations, invoices, etc
• Manage company sponsorships for events
• Other ad-hoc event and operations duties assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Reliable team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

Job Requirement

• 5 days work week (9am to 6pm)
• Available on weekends for events (Off days on weekdays)
