Design Engineer / Senior Design Engineer (Electrical)

Working days: 5 Days
Working hours: 830am - 615pm
Salary Range: $3000 - $5500
Working Location: Office at Ubi , working based on projects


Responsibilities

-Collaborate with internal team in Singapore to engage with customers / consultants on a daily basis

-Prepare project documents including BQ

-Manage Design & Build projects

-Develop optimized design solutions for projects

-Create Design drawings (Single Line Drawings & layouts)

-Conduct design calculations including voltage drop, short circuit current etc.

-Support multiple M&E projects concurrently

-Chair project meetings and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines

-Ensure drawings & documents are properly maintained & stored promptly

-Perform other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirement

-Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering

-Minimum 3 yrs of relevant hands-on M&E experience in construction industry, LTA projects, mixed development etc

-Familiarity with Singapore codes such as SS638 (CP5), SS650, SS555 etc required

-Experience with AutoCAD drawings preferred

-Knowledge of BIM (Revit / Navisworks) is beneficial

-Consultancy experience preferred

-Effective organizational and follow-up skills, attention to detail

-Strong communication skills

-Good interpersonal skills and able to engage with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
