Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing new prospects and maintaining existing accounts in the Food Service/ HORECA channels.
• Identify leads and develop strong business relationship with customers
• Maintaining of good rapport with existing customers
• Responsible for driving growth and achievement of monthly sales target
• Managing customer’s account receivables to ensure timely and prompt payment
• Monitor current trends in the industry with competitors and market activities

Requirements

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales for our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Energy Storage Systems (ESS) product line across the Southeast Asian region. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in energy storage or related industry.

Requirement:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy storage industry.
• Strong technical background and understanding of BESS/ESS products.
• Willingness to travel across the Southeast Asian region as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, or a related field.

Job Scope:

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

• Support and manage new business administration for both IFA and D2C channel

1. Ensure all customer due diligence checks are conducted for both individual and corporate clients for IFA channel
2. Manage new business workflow ensuring requirements are promptly routed to respective stakeholders for action (i.e. underwriting, compliance, IT etc.)
3. Manage department’s mailbox(es)
4. Defect management including identification, oversight, reporting, management, resolution
5. Active communication with distribution teams including follow up on outstanding requirements and medical reports with customers, intermediaries, and medical clinics/hospitals to expedite policy inception.
6. Perform premium receipting, when required.
7. Making medical appointment on behalf of intermediaries if required.
8. Underwrite non-medical applications within authority and handle contract issuance, preparation of policy documents and arrangement for despatch if required.

• Manage customers’ and intermediaries’ feedback and escalate where necessary; collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve fair outcomes according to the complaint resolution process.
• Be able to identify gaps and champion improvements in the current processes, and workflow.
• Support ad hoc tasks, user acceptance testing, and other projects assigned.
• Compliant with relevant regulations, FWD policies and our standard operating procedures (SOP).

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Diploma holder / post-graduate
• At least 3 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably with relevant experience in new business
• Preferably Certified in M8, M5, M9

Job Description

• Manage daily administrative operations related to sales inquiries and services (via phone, email, or in-person).
• Organize and conduct in-person tours for prospective members or respond to membership inquiries.
• Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate reconciliation of membership and financial reports.
• Process membership applications, including supporting documents and payments, ensuring high accuracy for submission to Finance and Management.
• Foster and build relationships within the Club, identifying new sales opportunities among existing and potential members.

• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site
