What you will be working on

You will manage the customer accounts and ensure bills are accurately raised in a timely manner. You are required to work closely with other team members to facilitate the recording of receipts from customers. This position also requires you to work closely with the other business units and arrange for any transfers or refunds upon finalising the customer’s account. You will need to attend to all billing & receipting related enquiries and this includes following up with customers on their GIRO arrangements. You are to maintain proper accounting records as well as perform month end closing activities. In addition, you will be involved in projects and initiatives relating to work process improvements.

What we are looking for

Background in Accounting or Business Administration, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in finance's operations. Besides being resourceful and meticulous, you need to be able to work independently, have good communication skills and be a team player.

Main Duties:

• Cost estimating and preparation of tender documents
• Preparing design brief documents for all mechanical and electrical services
• Evaluating Contractor's design proposals and specifications
• Assessing interim payment applications and final accounts
• Carrying out cost analyses on mechanical and electrical services
• Providing general support & advice on various aspects of mechanical & electrical services

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from a recognized University
• Minimum 5 years postgraduate experience in the design, supervision and project management of both mechanical and electrical disciplines

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage green building projects independently with minimal supervision.

· Produce reports, presentations and project submissions.

· Source for materials, products, technical specification and cost.

· Conduct all necessary calculations and simulations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, ETTV/OTTV, energy simulation, wind simulation, daylight simulation, solar radiation simulation, etc.

· Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, building owners, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.

· Conduct physical walk through and detail measurement of the building related to ACMV, lighting, indoor comfort, etc, to analyse building system performance and propose improvement, if needed.

· Support marketing, sales, training, and administrative activities.

REQUIREMENTS

· Engineering Degree (mechanical, electrical, building science).

· Fluency in written and spoken English.

· Able to operate CAD, energy simulation, wind simulation, wind driven rain, and daylight software.

· Understanding of building systems particularly in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

· Comprehensive experience in Green Mark, LEED, GBI, Greenship, WELL, and other green rating system.

· At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

Purpose of Position

• Provide maintenance and engineering support for process control systems to ensure safe and reliable operation of the plant.
• Provide technical and engineering support for projects and modifications related to control system to achieve business and operational objectives.

Principle Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance and engineering of all process control systems which may be installed in the plant or externally at customers' site.
