Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated Finance and HR Executive. You have the chance to be one of our core team to implement systems and procedures to corporatise our business.

Our business includes a retail segment with 2 retail chains selling fast moving consumer goods and religious products, a property rental segment and a direct selling segment.

Responsibilities:

Accounting, General Admin Functions

• Responsible for the full set accounts and day-to-day accounting.
• Perform bookkeeping general ledger, AP, cash management, and bank reconciliation
• Ensure all accounting records are kept up-to-date and maintained promptly and accurately
• Handle all regulatory submissions including GST returns
• Process payments to suppliers
• Liaise with the external auditor and tax agents
• Report to the Directors and handle ad-hoc assignments.

HR Functions

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR function
• Responsible in payroll process, claims expenses, and other related matters
• Manage recruitment cycle including sourcing, arrange for interview, and salary proposal
• Process Work pass application, renewable and cancellation
• Coordinate with insurance agents with regards to cancellation, renewal, new coverage of insurances

Requirements:

• ACCA/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience
• Possess knowledge in GST, Local Tax Regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
• Self -motivated. well organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task
• Ability to converse and liaise with external English and Chinese speaking vendors and suppliers

We are looking for a Payroll Executive to join the team.

As a Payroll Executive, you will be playing a pivotal role in managing and executing the organisation’s payroll processes. You will contribute significantly to organizational efficiency and foster a positive employee experience by ensuring employees are compensated accurately and on time. Adaptability to evolving regulations and a proactive approach to problem-solving are traits that contribute to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Implement full spectrum of employee payroll cycle and functions.
• Ensure monthly and ad-hoc staff salary payments, together with reimbursement claims, are processed promptly.
• Manage and update employees’ payroll records and documentations.
• Submission of claims for Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, Childcare Leave, NS Make-Up Pay claims and other government fundings.
• Prepare and submit monthly contributions details to Central Provident Fund Board.
• Submit employees’ income information to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore via Auto-Inclusion Scheme.
• Process tax clearance (IR21) for foreign employees.
• Process insurance claims for staff.
• Respond to staff enquiries for payroll matters.
• Generate monthly payroll summaries for Finance Department and liaise with internal and external auditors during payroll audit.
• Assist with other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources, Finance, Administration or related fields of study.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Understand and well-versed with local employment laws and tax regulations.
• Meticulous, able to work independently and proven strong time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Social Worker works in the field of social work. He/She is qualified and trained to assist in managing interventions and programmes, performing community development work and uplifting the professional practice in social work. He/She guides multi-disciplinary teams to implement and evaluate casework and group work and also organises strategic community development initiatives, programmes and research. • To collect payment: Adjust the credit limit-need to apply to the company- reduce the prompting from software- in expiring of credit term. (constantly monitor and work closely with the client)

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in promoting products, services, and projects to the catering industry.
• Minimum diploma in business management, marketing, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
