Reservation Executive

Job Description

• Management of facilities and systems:Project management for new building construction.
  Maintenance of existing structures.
  Development of programs for planned maintenance and services.
  
• Managing service partners and contractors:Overseeing their work and ensuring quality.
  Coordination of tasks and schedules.
  
• Providing technical advice:Offering expertise to user departments.
  Assisting in decision-making processes.
  
• Coordinating fire safety and Green Mark tasks:Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  Investigating safety incidents and preparing reports.
  

Requirement

• Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Marine Engineering with preferably 3 years’ relevant experience
• Proficient in design calculation, cost estimation, preparation of plans and detailed engineering design

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and expertise.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform on-site inspections and assessments.
• Collaborate with customers to develop and implement solutions to technical problems.
• Conduct testing, calibration, and maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Create and maintain documentation, including technical manuals and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide training and guidance to technicians and junior engineers.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards such as ISO standards, WSH regulations and Safety Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Prior knowledge of hydraulics systems, electrical systems and pneumatics is preferred.
