The Marketing Executive is an entry level marketing role requiring an advanced analytics skill set. This position includes, but is not limited to, all of the following aspects:

Paid Media

• Advanced bid strategies and budget management
• Weekly performance reporting
• SEM optimisation (campaign structure, keyword builds, match types, harvesting, ad copy, sitelinks etc)
• Display optimisation (campaign structure, ad format testing, creative refresh)
• Social optimisation (campaign and ad set structure, ad copy, creative refresh, ad format testing
• Strategic recommendations for performance opportunities

Owned Media

• In-depth knowledge of website architecture, online business model and customer goals
• Weekly performance reporting
• Developing campaign plan documentation – outlining how the campaign will run, which segments will be tested and what the hypothesis of results are
• Quarterly assurance checks to confirm new experiences are ready to be set live
• Analysis and recommendations for when to conclude live campaigns this includes understanding the campaign lift, statistical confidence and current trends

Senior Customer Service Specialist is responsible for excellent customer service experience. This role will have frequent interactions with internal stakeholders such as Account Management team and the Operational team (factory) within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Monthly commitment of 6- or 12months rolling forecast back to customer
• Work with internal teams and customer on the customer order planning and execution by:

1. Provide visibility for incoming wafers.
2. Provide instruction to execute orders and coordinate the priorities of orders.
3. Provide WIP status, ship-out plan and finished good information to customers.
4. Arrangement of customer wafers to fulfill Forecast / AOP/Customer Shipment requirement.

• Maintain pricing and sales order creation for billing and shipment.
• Brief internal team on changes in flow / process / customer requirements after understanding customers' specs.
• Co-ordinate any customer returned materials and work with the relevant department on material disposition.
• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints.
• Work with IT to develop reports as per customer’s requirement and maintain the quality of these reports.
• Host Customer Visits and Quarterly Business Review meetings
• Perform any other tasks relevant to support Customer’s requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager from time to time.

Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing Management or similar discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in semiconductor industry or OSAT environment
• Strong communication skills to be able to bridge between and coordinate with customer and internal engineering, logistics, sales and planning team.
• Possess strong analyzing, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment.

· Planning and execution of all marketing activities

· Develop and manage the yearly marketing calendar and event calendar

· In charge of departmental budget planning and expenses control to support the growth of business and ensure return of investment

· Formulate events and strategic partner strategies to drive traffic to stores and build strong connection with target customers

· Seamless execution of all marketing initiatives, driving traffic to stores, building and elevating the brand. Provide hindsight reports post events

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Preferably possessed a Bachelor Degree or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
