• Monthly Commission Payout Structure: Incentives accordingly paid for Approval Cases.
• Performance Bonus Payout upon successful completion of yearly contract and payout based on employee’s overall sales performance.
• 12 Months Agency / UOB Contract (renewable on yearly basis depending on sales performance and management discretion).
• Subjected to Management Approval opportunity to be converted under UOB Payroll based on overall employee’s sales performance.

Hours of Work & Working Location

• Monday – Friday: 10.00am to 6.00pm.
• Saturday / Sunday & Public Holidays: 11.00am to 9.00pm.
• (Required to work 6 days a week including weekends and public holidays)
• Reporting Office @ 101 Thomson Road #11-05 United Square Office Tower.
• Deployment at Island wide Bank Branches / Road Shows.

Responsibilities:

• Handle partial of accounting functions such as invoice billings, receipts, data entry and payment of suppliers’ invoices and other ad-hoc expenses
• Update and provide input to sales reports (monthly/ annual).
• Manage monthly and annual closing
• Handle monthly intercompany billings and process staff claims
• Handle GST preparation
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Do up monthly P&L report to management
• Ensure timely preparation of balance sheet schedules
• Liaise with sales, operation team and suppliers/ customers
• Ensure compliance with accounting policy and procedures
• Maintaining proper filling documents
• Assist in any ad hoc assignment.

About the Role

• 4 DAYS Work Week @ 4 Hours / Day
• Days Required: Tuesdays to Fridays: 1pm to 5pm, Sundays: 9am to 1pm
• Welcome children and families with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Supporting the ongoing administration needs of our centre @ Great World.
• Answering the phone and attending to parent queries.
• Maintain administration systems including payments, filing, scheduling of trial classes, and archiving records.
• Provide support to the Team in all administrative duties as required

About you

• Highly organised with proven experience juggling a wide range of demands and priorities to produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge in the Microsoft Excel
• Great team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Must be willing to work on Sundays .

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in a Customer Service position will be great!
