Job Description:

• To conduct screening of patients including those with substance use problems & gambling; provide brief interventions as well as counselling to identified patients and at-risk individuals; provide supportive counselling to families of addicted patients and refer to community services for support.
• Assist in liaison and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies on addiction services.
• Prepare monthly reports through relevant data collection, analysis of data, and presentation. Weekly presentation of inpatient and outpatient cases at the Addiction Case Management Conference. Assist in research and quality improvement projects related to the field. Participate in presentations at local/overseas conferences.
• Conduct training and education programmes on addictions within the hospital and external agencies.
• Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Postgraduate/Graduate Diploma in counselling, social work, psychology.
• Certified substance abuse counsellor, Certified Gambling Addiction Counsellor by International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium (IC & IR international) or Certification with Singapore Association of Counselling or equivalent.
• Experience in addiction medicine field, or addiction counselling
• Responsible team player possessing initiative, working well in multi-disciplinary teams

The Client Accounting – Corporate Executive will work closely with and assist the Client Accounting – Corporate Manager in all Client Accounting business efforts within the Company, including the implementation of new software and ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle a portfolio of Singapore private limited companies' clients for routine bookkeeping, payroll processing, GST, Corporate Tax and XBRL filing and meet ACRA and IRAS filing deadlines.
• Assist clients in preparing their monthly, quarterly, or annual management accounts.
• Responsible for preparing Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for the clients following Singapore FRS (Financial Reporting Standards).
• Assist clients with the preparation of quarterly GST returns, annual tax computations, and Form C or Form C-S and Appendices for submission to the IRAS.
• Liaise with and advise clients on on-going company's bookkeeping, payroll related, ACRA and IRAS related matters.
• Assist the Managers to guide and/or review Executives’ work in handling day to day business outsourcing services.
• Support the Managers in the transition of the accounting, GST, Corporate Tax transfer records from the take-over business and on boarding of new clients.
• Assist the Managers to implement new software, improve SOP, workflows and processes and ensure the team comply with relevant statutory acts and filing deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, local Polytechnic, ACCA, or related disciplines.
• 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, corporate tax, GST & XBRL in a Singapore outsourced accounting firm, compensation will commensurate with your experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, ACRA, MOM, CPF and relevant tax rules, procedures and guidelines.
• Experience in managing client relationships, demonstrate interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external clients.
• Experience in preparing consolidation using Excel and preparing year-end draft statutory company or group financial statements with notes to the accounts.
• Technology savvy, excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication and analytical skills.
• Resilient and able to work independently to organize and prioritize work with minimal supervision.
• Experienced Audit executives/supervisors/team leads who are currently working in Singapore Audit Firms are also welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Set up the standard operating processes and templates to support global events and international operations at scale. What the day will look like
1. Local client advisory and service
• Client relationship executive for local clients
• Discover client’s needs in holistic manner
• Set service scope and expectations
• Advise client on risk management and general insurance issues and offer potential solutions
• Advise on local statutory insurance requirements
• Design, place/renew and manage insurance program across various property and casualty lines
• Ensure policy administration matters are carried out accurately and timely, including invoicing and collection

2. Multinational client servicing – collaborate with overseas Aon Producing Offices to service local operations of multinational companies, such as

• Utilize IT platforms for global account management
• Communicate client’s global risk management philosophy to local client

3. Delivering Aon United (DAU)
• Propose solutions across risk, insurance and other solution spaces that Aon offers
• Engage various Aon business units, specialties and regional resources to deliver appropriate Aon United solutions for clients
• Keep up to date on Aon IQ and wide range of cutting-edge solutions across all Aon business units
• Execute and utilise client-related value propositions, systems and processes including (but not limited to) Client Value Creation Model (CVCM), Aon Brokers Guide, Global Account Management System, Aon WorkComp.

4. Co-service with senior colleagues on major accounts, such as being Regional Coordinators for major accounts with operations in APAC
