Assist marketing manager in developing, planning, executive and monitoring marketing activities

Organise, coordinate & executive marketing events such as seminar, workshop and exhibition and provide event site support

Plan and conceptualise marketing initiatives/campaigns with business partners

Initiate marketing programs & collaborate within internal & external on marketing events

Manage marketing department budget

Manage creation and copywriting work of all marketing materials including product catalogues, promotional flyers, advertising materials, etc.

Manage and maintain a library of product image database

Manage and control all marketing collateral sourcing, printing, inventory - not limiting to catalogues, brochures, corporate gifts, etc

Manage all product related information update on all APAC websites

Manage all media plans and media buy by collaborating with the global marketing team.

Oversee and ensure all corporate materials created adhere to corporate identity (CI)

Any other ad hoc duties assigned by HOD and management

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any related field

Proficient in MS office applications, graphics design skills and marketing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Pardot CRM) Social Media (TikTok, IG,Facebook,Xiaohongshu)

Required: At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Creative and innovative, able to work independently, excellent written and speaking communicationskill

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide personal assistance to the Founder and administrative support to the Director

• Manage calendar, travel arrangements and expense claims
• Organise internal and external meetings, taking minutes as required
• Assist in planning and coordination of events
• Handle correspondence with government agencies, partners and vendors
• Oversee office management duties
• Optimize electronic and paper-based filing systems
• Assist in record keeping legal and historical database
• Maintain policy and procedures for Corporate and Brand
• Assist in brand management, includes website and collateral update
• Maintain all requirements under CPE's Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF) and EduTrust certification to ensure regulatory compliance
• Be involved in special or other ad-hoc projects as required, as well as miscellaneous tasks

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Possess a Diploma in Business or Personal Secretarial Certificate or equivalent is preferred

WORKING EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years secretarial experience serving management

Job Description

• Type, file and send all necessary correspondences directed by the CM.
• Answer all inquiries requests or complaints received through the

telephone and to keep proper records of such inquiries, requests

or complaints.

• Manage the booking of all facilities such as the BBQ pits, Karaoke rooms etc.
• Set up a proper filing system to ensure proper documentation and administration of the Corporation.
• Assist the CM in the management of the petty cash.
• Keep proper records of payment made by residents.
• Manage and maintain inventory of office stationery.
• Manage and arrange for the maintenance of all office equipment.
• Arrange all meetings as requested by the CM and to prepare all necessary documents for such meetings.
• Any other duties assigned by the CM.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years and above MCST Experience in residential development.
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Customer orientated
• Good PR skills
