• Processing and timely submission of Form IR21, NS make-up claims and all the government paid leave claims

• Provide expatriate support eg. accommodation arrangement, orientation, salary, income tax, repatriation, etc

Administration

• Provide support to Admin
• Any other adhoc HR/Admin duties as assigned
• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources / Business Studies or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices
• Proficient in MS Excel

Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the development and implementation of smart grid and battery energy storage projects.
• Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including technology partners, to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Oversee project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of battery energy storage systems, industry standards, and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Checking daily incoming payments and identifying failed collections
• Call and follow up with Hirers that are in default
• Issuance of 4th/5th schedules to Hirers
• Arranging for repossession of vehicles
• Arrange for tender auctions of vehicles
• Liase with lawyers for litigation and following up with the company's solicitors in enforcing legal action against debtors

• 1-2 years of credit control experience will be advantageous
