Tan Kah Kee Foundation (TKKF) has a vacancy for an operations and admin executive with minimum A level/Diploma qualification and at least one year experience. He/she must possess a good command of English, with a flair for writing (esp short articles & reports) and some understanding of Mandarin.

The individual will work in close collaboration with the senior Operations Manager (OM) in the Foundation, and will be responsible for various tasks, including:

• Responding to emails and other mail, scheduling meetings and inquiries related to the Foundation's activities, committee members, and associates, as well as assisting in maintaining the TKKF website.
• Supporting the OM in note-taking, scheduling appointments, and engaging with other parties.
• Handling some editorial responsibilities for the Foundation's newsletter, such as obtaining photos and information.
• Maintaining the Pioneer Memorial Hall's small library, which includes loaning and selling books, as well as understanding the theme of exhibits and the history of pioneers, and guiding visitors accordingly.
• Assisting the OM and respective chairs in the execution of two significant annual events related to education, specifically the Young Inventors Awards and Postgraduate Scholarship Awards, as well as aiding in the planning and promotion of any seminars or talks.
• Assisting the fundraising team in the operational and administrative areas of events such as a gala dinner, which is held every four to five years.
• Design marketing materials and manage the posting of content related to the Foundation on various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise/perform fault diagnosis, trouble shooting and maintenance of power system/component in workshops and onboard vessels
