Job scopes:

• Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO etc. (For LC shipment, sea shipment & air shipment)
• Apply SFA Export Health Cert & Free Sale Cert
• Arrange courier of samples and documents
• Prepare shipping marking
• Ensure all outbound shipping documentation process in a timely and complies with customers’ requirement
• Data entry and filing of documents
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and executing of 360 marketing campaigns; both online and offline

Job Description

· Handle day-to-day e-commerce and retail operations

· Oversee smooth managment of retail popups (e.g. prompt setup and timely restock)

· Oversee inventory management across warehouse and physical retail locations

· Manage customer enquiries, post-order review management

· Receive deliveries, verify delivery order against purchase order, count and record inventory

· Coordinate, arrange and monitor local and international shipments

· Monitor order fulfilment and follow up on exceptions promptly

Competencies Required

· Able to travel to retail locations within Singapore for popup setup and restock

Assist with infrastructure planning and design

• Assist with the planning and design of infrastructure systems
• Assist with the documentation of infrastructure design and planning activities and decisions

Support infrastructure operations

• Perform infrastructure operations activities such as installations of infrastructure systems according to design specifications
• Align infrastructure operations with agreed service agreement standards

Maintain infrastructure

• Perform activities related to ongoing maintenance of infrastructure
• Assist with the implementation of agreed infrastructure changes and maintenance routines

Optimise infrastructure performance

• Perform ongoing tuning and optimisation of infrastructure hardware and software components such as updates and upgrades
• Participate in infrastructure development activities
• Assist with infrastructure testing and implementation
• Gather performance and data usage statistics for capacity planning and reporting
• Assist with piloting of new tools, technologies, and/or processes

Resolve incidents

• Perform problem/issue identification and resolution
• Assist with simulation of user problems to resolve operating difficulties

Requirements

• At least 6 years' of experience in the Network Management and Support Services, Unified Communication, Wirecenter maintenance
• Strong knowledge and experience in supporting Cisco Switch, Cisco Router, Fortigate Firewall, Palo Alto Firewall, ClearPass NAC, F5 VPN, IPS, WLC, Access Point and VSS/VLAN Architectures.
