Department

The department is Fund Management. This department is primarily responsible for creation of real estate strategies and products, matching them with the right investors and to manage the investments till the end of its life cycle. Designation and Reporting

Scope of Work

Deal Evaluation:

We are seeking a Senior Counsellor to lead our counselling services, with a particular focus on family counselling and rehabilitation. This role requires working closely with our Social Work and Chaplaincy teams to enhance the well-being of our beneficiaries and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of all counselling services.
• Co-develop, implement, and evaluate counselling programs that address the needs of our beneficiaries, with a strong emphasis on family dynamics and support systems.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders and partners to build effective support networks for our beneficiaries and their families.
• Work closely with department heads and team members to ensure seamless integration of counselling services with other support programs.
• Review and enhance work processes to ensure efficient, quality service delivery.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to the Social Work team, particularly on family counselling cases.
• Maintain and manage accurate records and statistics for reporting, funding, and audit purposes.
• Undertake additional duties as required by the CEO to support organizational goals.

Requirements

• Recognized Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling.
• Min 8 years of relevant experience, with expertise in family counselling and rehabilitation highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a counselling team / volunteers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Experience in program development and service evaluation is an advantage.

Job Description:

1. Reception duties

• Answer customer or corporate enquiries through phone and email
• Facilitate and follow up on customer payments and purchases
• Administer income & expenses tracking
• Ensure timely payments of Vendor purchases and Manage vendor invoice tracking
• Manage Shopify system orders
• Manage and follow-up on the customer waiting list

2. Scheduling and Coordination

• Prepare training notes or materials
• Maintain Google Calendar schedule
• Arrange logistics for deliveries
• Manage Email App for scheduling emails to customers
• Post and update classes on website and booking portals
• Check lesson booking portals, schedule appointments/classes and send confirmation to customers
• Maintain overall training schedule; ensure optimum class balance
• Procure and track inventory

3. Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Minimum qualifications:

• Diploma in a related field or equivalent relevant experience (Fresh graduates welcome!)
• Relevant work experience in administrative positions preferred

The ideal candidate should have the following essential attributes:

• Sound knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Singapore Standards on Auditing.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. The ability to read and interpret technical standards and routine commercial contracts is essential.
• Possess a strong affinity for numbers and ability to interpret financial data.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

In this role, the candidate is required to:

• perform audits relating to a portfolio of companies across a broad spectrum of industries.

Qualifications and experience:

• Accounting degree qualification which is recognised by ISCA, or have the ACCA or Chartered Accountant of Singapore qualification.

• a working knowledge of Caseware audit software and high proficiency in MS Excel would be added advantages.

2 years contract basis (upon expiry of contract, extension or conversion based on performance)

• Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, healthcare, infrastructure, LTA etc
• Project management, design and development
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project/design team
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes
• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination
• Keep updated on contractual and authorities' requirements
• Nurture, coach and upgrade skill levels of team members

Requirements:

• Architectural master/degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore (BOA)
• Minimum 10 years post graduate experience
• Familiar with BIM and Authorities submission processes and guidelines
• Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup
• 5 days work week, Mondays to Fridays (Central, Singapore)
