The Role

This role supports daily office and technology operations in Singapore and is crucial for the functionality and efficiency of our business.  The IT & Office Management Lead will ensure operational continuity, drive productivity, safeguard the company’s assets and information, facilitate resource optimisation and maintain a great employee experience for our Oll-Stars. With these different responsibilities, you would need to possess not only excellent technical but also outstanding people and organisational skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Updates: Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure IT and Office systems run smoothly and continue to meet the needs of the organization without interruption. Regularly monitor IT and Office technology systems to ensure they operate securely and efficiently. This also involves checking for potential issues before they become actual problems that impact users.

• Security: Implement and maintain basic security measures, oversee office access and keys, antivirus software updates, and educate users on potential security risks and the necessary protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance. 

• Documentation: Responsible for managing local assets within the Asset register. Keep detailed records of user queries, issues, and relevant resolutions for future reference, and to aid in the resolution of future problems. 

• User feedback: Collect formal and informal user feedback on a regular basis to monitor satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement.

Specific to each domain, you will drive operational excellence in the following areas:

IT Technical Support

• Technical Support and User Assistance: Provide first-line response to users requiring assistance with IT issues and queries, particularly those involving hardware and in-office technology. Offer timely advice and support on systems and applications, providing necessary training to users to enhance their understanding and efficient use of IT resources.  This involves troubleshooting problems and resolving them either in person, via phone, or virtual tools and working closely with the regional IT support team:

  • Responsible for managing VC solutions

  • Responsible for managing Meraki switches and routers in the office

  • Troubleshoot general Mac OSX and Windows OS Issues, Update, Upgrade and

• Issue Resolution: In close coordination with the regional IT team, address user tickets regarding technical problems, managing each issue through to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to the user's operations.  

• Project Assistance: Assist in IT projects, including the rollout of new software, migration of data, hardware upgrades, integration between systems, often coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth execution.

• Vendor management: Work with vendors on need basis for triaging issues not limited to hardware and internet service providers

Workplace Management

• Site operations: Oversee all facilities management services for our cool 4,000sqft office, such  as cleaning, plants, pest control, fire safety, HVAC, electrical, waste and other repair & maintenance, stationery and pantry supply, locker management, meeting rooms, utilities, support during emergency, key control management. 

• Daily office inspections: Perform daily routine office inspections and take proactive measures to address issues to ensure the workspace and meeting facilities meet our standards and set our Oll-Stars up for success.

• Vendor management: Ensure facilities vendors are well managed, delivering services on-time and within budget.

• Regulations and Compliance: Ensure the provision of a safe and secure working environment, and compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards.

• Event management: In collaboration with HR, organize Oll-Star events, either in the office or offsite. 

• Onboarding new employees: Provide hardware and system configuration for new employees, with the aim of enabling new joiners’ productivity as soon as possible. Ensure new employees are fully briefed on workspace policies, resources and in-office technology. 

• Hospitality: Welcome visitors to the office, support their set up, manage security aspects 

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction through the regular review of our Workplace Policy and Operating Procedures and daily operational reviews.  

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for the organic growth of existing accounts in our Metals vertical with an average order value between £10,000 and £50,000 and a total book of business consisting of 50+ accounts. The role doesn’t contain any new business but is expected to deliver growth on the existing book through effective data licencing, cross-selling and up-selling. Key Role Statements

The role of the Due Diligence Program Manager will be in the APAC Site Acquisition Support (SAS) team. The role is based in Singapore. SAS is part of the Infrastructure Planning & Acquisition (IPA) function within client’s Cloud Operations & Infrastructure division. Main purpose of the job  

The primary role of a Global Category Manager - Glass is to lead and implement procurement strategies, vision, and governance across the organization. This position heads the Procurement team, fostering unity across regions and promoting the sharing of best practices and knowledge. Alongside adhering to established governance, policies, and processes, the role involves protecting the company's assets and reputation through effective internal control systems, procedures, and legal compliance. The role is also responsible for driving sustainable procurement and procurement innovation strategies, as well as creating and implementing category strategies. The Assistant/ Deputy Finance Manager has an overall responsibility in ensuring the Accounts/Finance team can meet inter-department requirements and smooth, effective operations. This will include assisting management in ensuring stakeholder' compliance, data collection and performing analysis for decision-making.

Job Description

• Consolidation of monthly accounts - Prepare consolidated accounts for management or stakeholders
• Audit and tax compliance - Work with auditors and tax agents and ensure compliance
• Compliance to rules and regulations - Ensure regulatory requirements is met for the entire group
• Prepare and deliver timely financial reports, reviews on a monthly, quarterly, annually basis, in both English and Mandarin
• Coordination between management and external stakeholders in China and Singapore
• Team Management- - Manage a team of accounts/finance and ensures monthly books for the Singapore and China entity is in order
• Conflict Management and problem resolution - Identify, solve issues the team faces so the team can operate effectively
• Holding company matters - As instructed by the Chief of Staff, assist in matters relating to the holding company/head office in China and Singapore

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and above in Accounting or Business Management
• Preferable min 10 years’ experience in accounting, experience in Construction or Engineering industry will be an advantage
• Candidates with working experience in MNC in China are welcome.
• Able to communicate and create report to stakeholders in China in Mandarin
• Leadership: Team motivator and able to coach and mentor staff
• Able to work in a dynamic environment and manage expectations and deadlines
• Analytical skills - Ability to identify intricacies in issues, weigh implications and determine the best solution
• Willing to travel overseas for business purpose.

The Role:

Momos is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic Customer Success team. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and guidance. Your responsibilities will encompass deepening your understanding of Momos software, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, and providing strategic solutions to foster their business growth.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

1. In-Depth Product Knowledge:

• Develop an extensive understanding of the Momos software, including its features, functionalities, and setup processes.
• Stay informed about new updates, changes, and releases, and effectively communicate technical information to clients.

2. Client Interaction:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering timely and effective support through various channels (email, chat, and phone).
• Address how-to questions and guide clients in navigating different tools within Momos, occasionally through virtual calls.

3. Issue Resolution:

• Conduct thorough investigations and troubleshooting to resolve client issues promptly.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary for efficient issue resolution.

4. User Support & Guidance:

Provide comprehensive support and guidance to users across our customer base, ensuring a positive and consultative customer experience.

5. Adaptability and Resilience:

Demonstrate composure, resilience, and flexibility as customer needs evolve and case volumes fluctuate.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that empower customers to progress and enhance their businesses.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Customer Success, Account Managers, and Sales to identify opportunities for clients to leverage more of our platform or services.

• 3-5 years of proven Customer Success experience, preferably in B2B Software companies.
• Strong aptitude for creative problem-solving and a track record of tackling challenging scenarios.
