• Assist the Contract/Project Manager in preparation of monthly progress payment and ensure successful claim of progress payment
• Attend site meetings with Project Staff as and when required
• Assist Contract/Project Manager in preparation of variation order and keep comprehensive record on work alteration and design amendment etc
• Liaise closely with Main Contractor and Client’s Q/S in regard to claims and negotiation of claims and finalisation of account
• Assist to prepared budgets and cash flow projection in conjunction with Directors, Project Managers and Financial Controller
• Assist in negotiation of sub-contractors packages and preparation of sub-contractor or supplier agreement letters

• Leading multiple teams of onshore and offshore resources to deliver projects on time and within budget for the programs / projects for which they have responsibility.
• Work with Account Managers to develop account strategy and plan that best leverages resources and strategies to meet customer expectations
• Maintaining end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence.
• Ensure that the right type and number of resources that are required to fulfil the planned projects are available and in place through cooperation with offshore managers, onsite and offshore recruitment teams.
• Responsible for programs’ financial management (P&L) and reporting and optimizing processes.
• Managing and leading complex stakeholders from both customers and internal team towards the optimal solutions.
• Holding the teams to the highest standards, project discipline and accountability.
• Continuously improving the delivery model and strategy, implementing, and managing delivery with the associated teams.

Job Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering a collection projects and products for a portfolio size of $3M+
• 7+ years of business development, project delivery and client relationship management in a technology environment
• Strong customer orientation and able to manage customer expectations
• Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them to actionable roadmaps
• Ability to manage risk, and encourage strategic risk management based delivery in others to manage expectations and communicate effectively

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure reviews into the alerts triggered by Group approved AML transaction monitoring system(s), escalations on suspicious AML/CFT activities from business/support units and cases arising from other relevant sources (e.g adverse news in media) are in accordance to Group standards.
• Prepare and submit suspicious activity/transactions reports to the relevant local law enforcement authorities or Financial Intelligence Units in accordance to AML/CFT legislative and regulatory requirements and Group standards.
• Provide relevant advisories to business/support units and other AML/CFT teams on matters arising from reviews and investigations conducted by the unit.
• Perform analysis of suspicious activity/transaction reports to identify AML/CFT risk trends to support appropriate actions to strengthen AML/CFT controls in the Group.
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of reviews and investigation cases in accordance to Group standards.
• Provide inputs and support to strengthen the transaction surveillance and intelligence operating framework and procedures across the Group.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in intelligence/investigation related work
• Good knowledge/understanding of banking and financial services laws and regulations, compliance best practices and understanding of financial products and systems.
• Strong Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
