The FSP Brands are Valrhona, Republica Del Cacao, Weiss, Sosa (Professional Ingredients such as Texturizers, Dried fruits, crispies, etc…), Chocolatree (Decors), Norohy (Vanilla), Adamance (Fruits puree) and Pariani.

Your Responsibilities:

• Development of commercial activity with Travel Retail Operators
• Negotiation of product assortments and locations
• Negotiation and implementation of promotions and pricing
• Training of sales teams in travel retail outlets
• Coordination of the commercial relationship with the shop managers: compliance with the execution of the brand, controlling budgets and monitoring execution performance
• Implementation of incentive operations for the sales teams
• Reporting: Detailed sales analyses: sell-in / sell-out - results of promotional operations / Sales forecasts
• Steering the profitability of the zone, management and monitoring of marketing budget spending allocations
• Competitive intelligence
• Contribution and coordination to the organisation of trade shows or dedicated events (TFWA Singapore)

Our Ideal Profile and Role Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder with formal business qualifications or international trade or equivalent
• Min. 5 years experience working on the Travel Retail channel
• Min. 3 years experience working on a regional scope managing across countries, time-zones and cultures
• Highly mobile and engaged, the work requires good degree of customer engagement.
• Strong digital culture: Active on social networks and passionate about the global digital ecosystem
• Project management skills
• Organization, autonomy and rigor
