About FSP - Food Service Premium
Food Service Premium is the mother organization under which Valrhona has regrouped itself along with its recent acquisitions. The organization aims to provide the “essential premium pastry ingredients to Food Service Professionals (pastry chefs, bakers, restaurants, hotels and caterers) throughout the world”, but also to consolidate our market share across categories and markets. The FSP Brands are Valrhona, Republica Del Cacao, Weiss, Sosa (Professional Ingredients such as Texturizers, Dried fruits, crispies, etc…), Chocolatree (Decors), Norohy (Vanilla), Adamance (Fruits puree) and Pariani.
Your Responsibilities:
- Development of commercial activity with Travel Retail Operators
- Negotiation of product assortments and locations
- Negotiation and implementation of promotions and pricing
- Training of sales teams in travel retail outlets
- Coordination of the commercial relationship with the shop managers: compliance with the execution of the brand, controlling budgets and monitoring execution performance
- Implementation of incentive operations for the sales teams
- Reporting: Detailed sales analyses: sell-in / sell-out - results of promotional operations / Sales forecasts
- Steering the profitability of the zone, management and monitoring of marketing budget spending allocations
- Competitive intelligence
- Contribution and coordination to the organisation of trade shows or dedicated events (TFWA Singapore)
Our Ideal Profile and Role Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder with formal business qualifications or international trade or equivalent
- Min. 5 years experience working on the Travel Retail channel
- Min. 3 years experience working on a regional scope managing across countries, time-zones and cultures
- Highly mobile and engaged, the work requires good degree of customer engagement.
- Strong digital culture: Active on social networks and passionate about the global digital ecosystem

- Willingness to travel
