Position Overview:
The Manager will play a key role in leading and managing the operations and services within our company as well as affiliated companies. This position requires a dynamic and proactive individual who can provide strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and foster a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the service & operations department of all affiliated companies including setting goals, establishing priorities, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including workflow, resource allocation, and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality within the department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and external partners as needed.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, or related field.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with relevant software and tools (e.g., project management software, Microsoft Office suite).
