• Information Security & Disaster recovery management – Identify, Detect & Protect Lodge’s intellectual properties; Respond & Restore Lodge’s business interruption due to system outages so as to provide a secure & uninterrupted IT working platform.
• End-user support – work with departments to support end users daily, ensure reliability of equipment and software.
• Process & Data management – Define, design and facilitate process and data management so as to enable process efficiency, to enhance user experience and enable data analytics for decision-making

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 2 years in leadership role
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, especially in business analytics
• Hands on and resourceful
• Keeping abreast of latest technology and cybersecurity risks
• Have good personal ethics, conduct and strong PDPA knowledge.
