What you will be working on

1. Designing and implementing processes to systematically discover opportunities where business processes could be further optimised and digitalised
2. Working with such business owners to map and analyse their current processes and workflows
3. Co-creating more optimal workflows and processes with such business owners, including simplification of operations and/or policy where suitable
4. Co-creating digital solution proofs of concept (POCs) with such business owners where suitable
5. Designing and tracking indicators to measure extent of optimisation and digitalisation of business processes

Job Description:

• Responsibilities include managing and engaging with government agencies, strategizing and planning, driving adoption, executing marketing campaigns and events, and creating reports.
• Evaluating and identifying sustained competitive advantages of our product offerings in a rapidly changing marketplace characterized by intense competition, rapid technological advancements, and a dynamic regulatory environment.
• Innovative approaches to reaching our target audience through creative marketing methods are essential. The ability to independently handle offline campaigns and engagement events, such as OOH materials, events, and workshops, is required.
• Efficient budget management to maximize impact both online and offline is crucial.
• Collaboration with stakeholders, conducting user research, and synthesizing user insights to understand product positioning and gaps of SGW are necessary to develop a corresponding marketing plan to promote SGW to the identified target audience.
• Close collaboration with Software Developers, User Interface/User Experience Designers, Data Analysts, Business Analysts, Product Managers, Quality Engineers, and other government agencies' planning teams is essential.
• Extensive experience in digital marketing, including SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, marketing analytics, web search, and AI.
• Proficient in implementing SEO strategies.
• Skilled in developing marketing strategies and plans, with the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Strong project management skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Capable of understanding technical product concepts.
• Able to transition between macro product market strategies and micro product engagement with other Government agencies.
• Familiar with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Previous experience in customer engagement, tech market strategy, or data analytics is advantageous.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Communications or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital marketing and events
• Familiar with leading search tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush)
• Possesses a creative flair with a keen eye for design
• Experience in similar role is preferred, particularly in the fintech space.

• Demonstrates an outgoing personality, proactivity, and a strong initiative
• Demonstrates good writing capabilities.

The Guest Experience Manager will help to resolve any guest complaints or issues and ensure employees are properly trained to provide customer service. The incumbent will also coordinate with the marketing event coordinator or upper management to work on marketing, events or outreach projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively analyze customer feedback and provide strategic direction to improve overall Guest Staying Experience.
• Ensure that guests are attended to with promptness, courtesy and efficiency and that guests’ complaints are handled with tact and diplomacy.
• Focus on all front office section to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure.
• Set the standards of professionalism for the department through the development of procedures and the training of service skills.
• Represent Guest Experience and be the voice of the guest. Update and highlight points for improvement.
• Have direct contact with guest to collect direct feedback and interacting with all departure guests to collect guest feedback data.
• Assist to review arrival list for all arrivals and VIPs. Check room allocations, amenities and special request.
• Coordinates with Sales, hotel departments and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases of hotel events.
• Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events.
• Acts as the liaison between field sales person and customer throughout the event process (pre-event, event, and post-event).
• Perform any other job tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years of working experience in a similar capacity in hospitality industry.
• Service-oriented, meticulous and has an eye for detail.

• Support and uphold the mission and core values of the organization.
• Enhance the organization's capacity to deliver services effectively.
• Establish partnerships and collaborations with other organizations.
• Oversee, allocate, and track resource utilization while preparing funding proposals to support service delivery.

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology or equivalent
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in youth sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
