We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Integration Manager to be part of our team. As the Integration Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the integration of various components which includes hardware and software. This role involves extensive liaison and coordination with between project team and various external system vendors and owners to achieve integration between various systems. The Integration Manager will lead the definition of technical system interfaces, schedule development phases, verification testing, and oversee verification testing, configuration, data migration and all aspects of systems integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination meetings with project team, system vendors and stakeholders to define and document technical requirements and interfaces.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of interface requirements and implementation strategies.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule that includes all critical path activities related to system interface.
- Ensure alignment and integration of various systems and sensors, including software and hardware components.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between project teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure well-defined expectations and deliverables.
- Oversee the testing phase, including validation of system specifications and interface functionality.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of interfaces to verify compatibility, reliability, and performance.
- Identify and resolve interface issues, troubleshooting technical challenges as they arise during integration and deployment.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project manager and all stakeholders.
- Document interface specifications, test plans, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Plan and coordinates systems migration to phase in the improved/ developed system to replace and take over existing systems. This would include data migration, interface decommissioning from existing system and connecting them into the new/ improved system.
- Manage the commissioning process to ensure seamless integration and operational functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in interface management or system integration, preferably in the transportation industry.
- Experience with testing tools and techniques for interface validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in traffic management systems or similar public infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with various sensors and data acquisition systems used in traffic management.
- Technical proficiency with software development and hardware integration.
