• Prepare Project Quality Plan, Inspection Test plan (ITPL) and test packages (as per contract requirements).
• Compiling of quality document.
• Prepare work method statement and participate in risk assessment review with safety team.
• Promote IFW with Construction, EHS, QAQC and Commissioning Departments.
• Continuous Improvement Process on Quality Documents by integrating IFW focused Lessons Learned from project execution.
• To conduct Safe Behavior Observation (SBO).
• Assist with investigation of dangerous occurrence, accidents/ incidents and near misses at work site with Project Manager and Safety Team.
• Able to understand operation sequence, designs and coordination of drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and knowledge in AutoCAD software will pose an added advantage.
• Possess high level of integrity and good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge in Non-Destructive Testing (RT, PT, MT, VT).
• Independent, good decision making, good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (where necessary).

Responsibilities

· Works directly with the VP of Construction and other senior management personnel on future business and strategic planning as well as focuses on improving current systems and work processes

· Study, evaluate and identify all tasks and risks from bidding to project undertaking, implementation and up to the final completion of the project

· Initiate site activity investigations and assessments

· Prepare cost estimates, cost analysis and budgets for a project with projected forecasts

· Evaluate and assess bids and project costs in the light of independent estimates and available data

· Prepare vendor and subcontracting documents for multiple tasks and projects.

· Evaluate and assess equipment and recommend designs for the project team integrating safety measures

· Analyze, evaluate and initiate potential energy conservation measures while executing a project

· Design, develop and initiate site-specific safety plan including an accident-free safe work environment

· Lead, direct, assist and support construction teams to ensure deliverable processes on time and within the budget

· Review, analyze and approve expenditures for ongoing projects on a timely and periodic basis

· Prepare detailed, accurate timely project reports including work schedules, implementations, deviations, change in subcontractors, customer issues and other related problems

· Update and document all project schedules including implementation phases in a project and the management aspects

· Initiate and implement best practices, procedures and standards in compliance with Company’s laws

What will you do?

• Lead project planning activities, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline estimation, to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, and track progress against project timelines to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication between cross functional teams, including mobile developers, backend developers, frontend engineers, etc to ensure alignment on project priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
• Monitor project deliverables and outcomes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and take corrective action as needed to address deviations from the project plan.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project related inquiries, requests, escalation

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management or delivery management roles, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and the ability to adapt approaches based on project requirements.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, issues, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as Jira, Monday.com, or Gitlab for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Passion for driving continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in project delivery, with a focus on delivering value to customers and stakeholders.
