Job Description

1) Review and driving hotel's financial performance

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Implement personal budget and performance targets for India market.
• Be responsible for relationship maintaining, business development, financial planning and risk control with customers and interbank institutions, for the India market.

• Notify customers of the approval/rejection results of credit applications and oversee the guarantor-witnessing and contract signing processes thereafter or appoint an ARM to oversee the aforementioned matters.
• Track continuously the industrial updates, regulatory guidelines, going concerns and business needs of customers based in India. Prepare updates on economic, industry segment and regulatory guidelines relating to India market.
• Set forth the terms and conditions of the approved credit facility and administer the follow-up management or other significant incident reporting and tracking.
• Supervise ARM on handling customers’ more-than-one-business-day due payment reminder and follow-up affairs (for due payment less than one business day, the reminder will be carried out by telephone call by the operation services clerk).
• Oversee or appoint an ARM to process collection matters and liaise with relevant departments.
• Oversee the paperwork preparation and process of the guarantor-witnessing, contract signing and account opening (preparation of contract and verification of contract content and version shall be done by credit administration personnel) or appoint an ARM to oversee the aforementioned.
• Process or authorize operation services clerks to process matters relating to interest rate / exchange rate.
• Conduct review and evaluate credit assets.
• Oversee other matters instructed by the Institutional Banking Division, branch manager or line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. MBA / Chartered Accountancy / CFA qualification will be an added benefit
• At least 15 years’ experience in banking in India handling top tier Indian corporates and Banks / FIs.
• Out of this at least 10 years’ experience as Corporate Banking RM independently handling a portfolio of top tier Indian Corporates with revenue & asset KPI.
• Must have strong relationship skills to onboard new clients.
• Possess strong credit analysis and presentation skills to prepare and present credit proposal to senior management for obtaining credit approvals.
