Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the operation section in Facilities to provide 24 hours operational support in wafer fabrication
• Lead the team to maintain and operate Facilities Centre (FC) systems
• Provide guidance to team members, ensure smooth facilities operations and resolve technical issues
• Manage Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensure system owners perform all the maintenance function as required
• Coach, mentor and train fellow on technical know-how to ensure department technical competencies are up to the highest standard
• Formulate and implement operating procedures and preventive maintenance programs for systems to ensure that the systems function as intended at all times
• Monitor and review system performance and capacity usage to ensure continuity of operations with zero disruptions
• Manage 1st line incident handling, alarm response & breakdown repair works as well as actively participate in ERT incident

Requirements:

• Master/ Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronic/ Chemical/ Environmental Engineering
• Min 10 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Wafer Fab environment
• Min 5 years’ management experiences
• Wafer fab operation experiences is a must
• Strong technical knowledge for at least in two disciplines of four major disciplines – electrical & control, mechanical, water treatment, gas & chemical systems.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with a strong background in Outside Plant (OSP) infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will manage the planning, execution, and completion of OSP projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role involves overseeing all phases of construction, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

The OSP Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, field services, and vendors, to drive projects to successful completion.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing OSP projects in the telecommunications sectors.
• Proven experience in handling large-scale fiber optic or copper network deployments.
• Strong knowledge of OSP construction standards, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software

General Facilities Manager

The General Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all dental clinic outlets and the corporate office. This role will ensure that the physical environment is conducive to efficient operations, patient comfort, and employee well-being.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations, addressing issues related to HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, structural components.
• Handle small maintenance tasks internally (e.g., changing light bulbs) to reduce the need for costly external contractors.
• Conduct regular inspections of clinic buildings to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
• Coordinate and oversee contractors for major repairs, ensuring quality work and competitive pricing.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting.
• Ability to perform basic repair tasks such as fixing air conditioners, changing lights, and addressing mould issues.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks.
• Be available to assist clinics during weekends if necessary.
