4. Security Policy & Compliance

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the organization’s data and systems are protected against cyber threats.
• Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats, attack techniques, and incident response strategies.
• Contribute to security awareness training programs for employees to enhance security awareness and best practices.

5. Strategic Guidance & Collaboration

• Provide strategic guidance and direction on technological, cybersecurity, and policy-related topics.
• Collaborate across teams to drive the implementation of security solutions and initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Communicate technical security concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively, ensuring clarity and alignment on security measures.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge

• 5+ Years of experience in a cyber or information security management role.
• Strong knowledge of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and modern cybersecurity concepts and technologies, including but not limited to:Zero Trust, CIS Controls, OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, XDR, CloudSec, AppSec, NIST, ITIL, and Azure Well Architected Framework.
  
• Experience in domains such as Cyber Security Operations, Incident Response, Forensic Investigation, Threat Intelligence, or Vulnerability Management is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Delivery

• Work closely with local BD/Account Managers and Presales teams to effectively deliver projects using consultative skills and CMI’s products and services to meet prospect requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to achieve project milestones, overcome sales obstacles through creative solutions, and coordinate post-sales activities.

2. Team Management

• Manage and motivate project team members, partners, and suppliers for successful and on-time delivery of network and ICT solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate and deliver product training and project handover for relevant team colleagues and customers.

3. Project Planning

• Create project plans that articulate project definition, technical design specifications, quality baselines, development, budget, and resources through testing, acceptance, and maintenance.
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and goals, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company objectives.

4. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software to facilitate project tracking and reporting.
• Strong understanding and practical experience in data center operations and low current systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to navigate project challenges and stakeholder concerns.
• Technical background with familiarity in:Network architecture
  Server management
  Virtualization technology
  Configuration and maintenance of common operating systems (such as Linux and Windows).
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in ICT solution delivery and customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
