Responsibilities:

1. As a pioneer of department to build a new sales &marketing team.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our partial discharge products, increase market penetration, and achieve revenue targets.
3. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes, providing insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
4. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including industry associations, government agencies, and potential customers.
5. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, events, and targeted advertising, to generate leads and drive product awareness
6. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of market expansion specialists, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
7. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the progress and success of market expansion efforts.

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree above in engineering, business, or a related field.

2. At least has 8 years of marketing experience in partial discharge testing products

3 . Had experience in the partial discharge testing and research.

4. Has excellent leadership skills with communication negotiation skill.

5. Willing to travel, Overseas dispatch may be required
