Working Hours

Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be as follows:

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or business administration, or related field;
• Minimum 5+ years in IT Asset Management;

• Well-versed in IT software and hardware, with a focus on CMDB, ITSM tools, especially ServiceNow;

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and long-term operational and strategic management of hardware and software;
• Plan, monitor, and record hardware assets and/or software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor contracts;
• Keep track of IT assets within the Configuration Management Database throughout their lifecycle;
• Provide KPI/Metric for regular/ad hoc reporting of IT assets;
• Design processes related to software and hardware asset management, execute, and enhance them;
• Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset management;
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance in asset tracking, PO reconciliation, and asset write-offs;
• Perform verification and audit of IT assets - verify software assets with license contracts, confirm hardware assets with actual inventory, and initiate corrective actions.
• Perform wall-to-wall asset tagging across data centers and office locations;
• Collaborate with IT units concerning assets compliance audits and take ownership of ITSM Asset Management Tool.

Requrement

A. JOB SCOPE/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manager, Resource Acquisition is responsible for raising funds for SPD’s cause and meet fundraising targets to serve people with disabilities through SPD’s programmes and services. Work closely with other members of SPD’s Community Partnerships Division and Direct Service Programme Heads in planning and implementing fundraising activities and developing proposals for donors that align with SPD’s mission and goals.

1. Actively drive new engagement with untapped sectors and high net worth individuals to build a pipeline of new prospective donors to raise funds for programmes and services in aid of people with disabilities;

2. Acquire new donors and maintain and grow relationships with them, promptly following up, reporting and opening channels of support, and constantly looking out for new opportunities;

3. Craft compelling proposals and present existing platforms in an engaging way to interest potential donors;

4. Develop, review and execute engagement plan to generate collaborative opportunities with accounts;

5. Analyse donation landscape, giving trends and donors’ needs and expectations, gathering data on prospective donors to develop targeted approaches to cultivate and reach out to new donors;

6. Provide support for collaborative fundraising with corporate partners including giving advice on fundraising and attending events independently;

Finance Manager

· Direct and oversee the accounting, finance and admin functions of the organization.

· To work closely with the Business Development, Sales and Operations team to drive the planning and budgeting process for products and sales channels.

· To evaluate the impact of current and potential businesses and to ensure controls and risk management processes are managed effectively across the businesses.

· Provide business intelligence to the Business Development and Sales team in the form of data analysis, account/distributor/customer performance, market trends and competitor activities.
