CIX is looking for a performance-driven Growth Marketing Manager to help us acquire, convert and scale our corporate customer base globally. DRIVE team is at the heart of Global Markets (GM) and Asset/Liability Management & Treasury (ALMT), playing a critical role in enabling new business and projects across Global Markets / ALMT, contributing to alignment between Front Office and Functions, as well as being the architects (end-to-end) of the Global Markets / ALMT Value Chain.

You will perform threat hunting based on the Cyber Threat Intel information that you gathered or received. The ideal candidate is expected to operate under pressure, be a strong problem-solver, and always look for ways to improve processes for effectiveness and efficiency.


Responsibilities:

• Analyze Cyber Threat Intel information/reports and update respective stakeholders for strategic and tactical purposes.
• Understand our business and environment thoroughly to better correlate threat intel information.
• Perform OSINT gathering.
• Work with Cyber Engineering team to automate defenses with threat intel information.
• Perform threat hunting based on relevant threat intel information.
• Provide advice to relevant teams on the priorities of use case development, Breach and Attack Simulation and patching.
• Assist investigation by providing relevant threat intel information when requested by Cyber Defense team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related field.
• Candidates with Cyber Threat Intel experience will be strongly preferred.
• Strong foundation in Cybersecurity.
• Strong analytics skills.
• Scripting knowledge such as Python will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, supervision, guidance and support to AML Team members to perform AML Compliance functions which include on boarding, periodic reviews, sanction screening, on-going monitoring AML compliance review/testing, transaction monitoring, name screening and payment screening and STR investigation and reporting
• Lead & support the AML Team to ensure the AML systems, procedures and controls are adequate, appropriate and rolled out as required
• Conduct regular AML reports/updates and approval items to AML Committee
• Handle regular reporting and inquiries from regulators and auditors
• Manage Head Office and Branch Management reporting
• Participate in development and implementation of the AML requirements to support the business expansion and operations, including Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Private Banking, Trade Finance and Correspondent Banking, in particular to AML related projects and AML system launches.

Requirements:

• Recognized bachelor degree or above, preferably in Law, Accountancy or related discipline
• Minimally 10 years of relevant AML banking compliance required
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in AML Compliance gained from banks
• Strong knowledge in AML Compliance functions including KYC/CDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions, name screening and payment screening, as well as relevant AML systems and controls
• Sound knowledge in banking businesses including Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Private Banking, Trade Finance and Correspondent Banking
• Experience in conducting AML related system launches or in driving AML projects are preferred
• Knowledge in compliance review/internal audit
• Self-motivated, analytical, proactive and independent with excellent communication skills
