JOB DESCRIPTION
Involve in IT system (Network)/ Security system(CCTV, Card Access System, Etc)/Communication System(PA system , Sound System,Etc)/Audio Visual(Projector , TV, Control System,Etc) project management; project implementation and maintenance services ,including system design, programming and coordination works
Liaise with clients, vendors and site operation technical support and supervision, subcontractor and internal support to co-ordinate on technical issue and provide solution
Assist Project Director /Senior Systems Manager in overseeing all project-related activities
IP Security System programming /configuration ,Audio Visual programming /configuation ,IP PA system programming /configuration, IT Network,GPON programming /configuration ,
Carry out project planning, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
Prepare Project schedules, procurement and implementation of project and budget costing control
Liaise with engineers team on testing and commissioning and installation work
Handle clients’ complaints and submit customers feedback form to Project Director
Hands on technical configuration for security , ELV , IT system(Network)
Provide after Project Support
Any other ad-hoc jobs as assigned by Superior
JOB SPECIFICATION
Degree in Electronic/ Engineering/IT
Min 5 years of working experience preferably in security system , Audio visual system , ELV , IT industry
Familiar with local codes, regulations and procedures
Good communication and people relation skills

The Project Manager will be a critical member of the team responsible for the delivery of technology solutions utilizing C#/ASP .NET technology or other similar system architecture. He/she will be involved in full SDLC cycle of the system with experience in system integration.
To succeed in this role you must be a self-starter and have a positive attitude towards learning technical, business and industry concepts.
Primary Responsibilities:
Able to grasp and understand business domain knowledge within a short timeframe.
Plan, script, execute, prepare reports and statistics, communicate to users, and resolve all issues raised by users during UAT and operations.
Management and coordination with external partners and vendors
Management and lead a team to support the project
Communicate to internal team and external users for all clarifications
Conduct walk through and clarification training sessions with external users where applicable
Prepare and update documentations and reports where required
Identify system or data deficiencies and discrepancies, and recommends appropriate improvements and changes.
Job Knowledge/Skills
• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. Candidates with a relevant IT diploma may also apply.
• Experience in designing and implementing C#, ASP.NET systems using OO related concepts in N-Tier architecture will be advantageous
• 5 years of experience in Project Management of medium or large scale projects
• Experience in project delivery in systems integration • Knowledge of Biometrics, multi-media analytics, access control, robotics is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills is required
• Good management of time and able to set and adjust priorities for tasks according to changes in project activities.

Job Requirements:
Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Certificates must be recognized by PE Board).
Design for Safety Professional (DfSP) Certificate.
At least 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering & Infrastructures works with knowledge and experience in construction of underpasses, ramps and cut & cover tunnel in complex projects, roads and rail projects.
Proactive, strong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and dynamic with a proven ability to work in a demanding environment.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Good team player with ability to lead & multi-tasking.
Good working knowledge in project management software such as Primavera, Microsoft Projects, AutoCAD will be added advantage.
