Requirements

• Degree holder with a minimum of 12 years of related working experience; with at least 5 years in a leadership position
• Preferably knowledgeable and familiar with the non-profit, sales or marketing sector, with a proven track record of driving results
• Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Chinese would be an advantage to engage Chinese-speaking donors and volunteers
• Prepared to be highly strategic yet also operational at the same time
• Analytical and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritise while managing multiple projects and tasks
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM system will be an advantage

We’re looking for a Director of Sales APAC responsible for wining new OTA & Travel Seller business for Atlas across the Asia-Pacific region. Internal Relationships

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Business Development you will collaborate effectively across teams and borders. You will work seamlessly with the Air Content and Customer Growth teams to deliver world class end-to-end experiences for our APAC Customers. Together with our Marketing team, you will ensure that we succeed in reaching potential clients, and build brand and product recognition across APAC. And critically, you will work closely with our Product and Technology teams to deliver Atlas’ solutions and value proposition to your customers.

External Relationships

In this role, you will establish and maintain powerful relationships with key decision makers across our current and prospective partners in the APAC region. You will be our business development lead across this highly dynamic segment, identifying targets that include OTA’s, Travel Sellers and Technology Partner, driving sales campaigns from inception to success. You will lead the nurturing, onboarding and growth of these clients, supporting them to thrive within the Atlas eco-system.

Key Responsibilities

• Own our APAC Sales Strategy: Lead the design and implementation of our sales strategy with a clear focus on new client business, growth and profitability throughout the customer life cycle
• Convert APAC Prospects to Partners: Identify new business development opportunities and leads. Contribute by helping prospects through the initial stages of the sales pipeline and converting them to contracted, transacting clients or partners along the way.
• Build and maintain valuable relationships: Introduce a clearly defined APAC relationship management strategy to build and maintain strong partnerships with current and prospective clients, and supported by our communications strategy

The usage of a proxy, also known as an alias, reduces transaction friction for users. An alias generally refers to a mobile number or email address used for sending or receiving payments.

As a Director of Issuers solutioning and Alias Commercialization, you will be a leader who understands the strategic, commercial, and technical considerations to accelerate Visa Direct card network acceptance and adoption of Alias payments across Asia Pacific. You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders in AP markets, regional hub and global product owners to motivate, influence and provide advice or direction.  

Your main accountabilities will include:

• Develop and own go-to market strategy for Aliasing which includes building Issuers readiness and driving commercial success in launching alias payments.
