Job Responsibilities:

• Actively promote our international project;
• Develop, implement and support sales & marketing activities to expand and consolidate presence in assigned territory;

Key Qualifications:

• Relevant experience. A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, including the management of team leaders and Senior Sales professionals, with a specific emphasis on go-to-market strategies and the ability to build initiatives from the ground up.
• Market knowledge. Strong knowledge of the country's market and extensive networking in the B2B travel industry, including travel agencies, tour operators, host agencies, OTAs, consortiums, etc.
• Competence in API integration and technology sales & deals, as well as an understanding of our competitors and main online booking systems.
• Top-notch leadership skills. Successful team management experience, covering the full range from hiring and training to retaining and developing top-tier talent. Demonstrated abilities to drive and achieve exceptional performance.

We advise on all stages of a transaction: review of strategy; planning; preparation; pricing; deal structuring, due diligence; negotiations and completion.

KPMG M&A and Capital Advisory has a strong deal pipeline and the selected candidates will be actively involved in day-to-day deal execution and origination activities.

Responsibilities:

• Providing buy-side and sell-side M&A services to corporates and private equity funds
• Participating in meetings and maintaining continual interactions with clients, potential targets/buyers and other professional firms
• Leading preparations of proposals and discussion materials

Requirements:

• Regional (specifically Malaysia, Vietnam or Thailand) transaction experience would be an advantage

· Your core objective is to create high quality predictive signals

· By leveraging access to large and diversified datasets you will identify statistical patterns and opportunities

· Share and discuss research results, methodology, data sets and processes with other researchers

Your present skillset
