• Oversee the planning and execution of all events, making sure they're on time, within budget, and meet our high standards
• Approve and monitor event-related spending and keep our financial records on point.
• Guide and support the project team, providing direction and developing training programs every six months to level up their skills
• Conduct quarterly reviews of team performance and give helpful feedback to keep everyone on track
• Advise project managers to ensure client needs and expectations are met for every event.
• Keep the senior management in the loop about operational performance, including event results, budget status, and any challenges every quarter.

Responsibilities

• Creating design briefs based on the client’s requirements and vision.
• Ensuring that the design meets clients’ specifications, industry standards, and legal requirements.
• Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team.
• Ensuring that projects are completed within time, scope and budget and in accordance with stakeholders’ expectations.
• Managing client relationships and serving as a liaison between designers, inter-department, vendors and clients
• Providing feedback on design ideas to improve upon or identifying potential problems that could be resolved in advance.
• Establishing and maintaining design standards of the company.
• Reviewing design for accuracy and appropriateness, identifying problems with them, and suggesting changes and implement solutions
• Deciding on the layout for publications or product designs and choosing visuals like photographs, artwork, graphics and designs

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or any design-related field.
• Have experience in Corporate Office or Residential Projects before

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

About the Role:

This key leadership role will be the regional leader, responsible for delivering

sustainable growth and coordinating across regional teams. The ideal candidate has

extensive sales leadership experience, a proven track record of over achievement of

financial results, and a background and interest in Defense and Intelligence.

This is a full-time, remote position based in Japan or Singapore.

Impact You’ll Own:

• Lead the APJ region, including Sales and owning business in the region, and coordinating Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Rev Operations

• Accountable for growing book of business and delivering ACV targets
