• Lead tax considerations of APAC countries for all country and product expansion
• Oversee regional corporate direct tax compliance and corporate direct tax and Transfer Pricing audits as they arise
• Ensure compliance with local TP requirements and manage the regional TP process, including regional benchmarks, Local File documentation and review of monthly TP numbers
• Stay abreast of international tax developments and assess their potential impact on the company’s tax position

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Card Issuing team in the Singapore office to lead our Spend Adoption team. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise’s mission, grow as a product leader and help save millions more people money.

The Spend squad has built one of the most significant debit card products in the world with millions of cards issued in over 40+ countries in 5 continents with more to be added soon. The squad now consists of 6 Product teams based across Singapore, London and Tallinn. The Spend Adoption team is based in Singapore and owns the onboarding of card customers, starting with the ordering flow to how we ensure that the customer becomes an active card user.

Wise has already pioneered new ways for people to transfer money across borders and currencies. Our customers can also manage their hard-earned money with the world’s first platform to offer true multi-currency banking. Your mission is to give our customers a reliable, convenient and eventually free way to spend anywhere in the world. 

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Adoption team

• You will build and own your team’s roadmap to make sure that we achieve our mission by helping us grow the number of people using our card.

• You will work with Engineering, Analytics, Designers, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance to ensure that we’re able to deliver new products and features to our customers.

• Conceptualise new initiatives that can help us unlock new customer segments and acquire more active users.

• Identify and solve existing pain points by digesting the data, talking to customers, reading feedback, talking to operational teams, among others.

The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are seeking a Client Experience Specialist. In this role, you will provide support to our clients across a number of products and services. This support will be delivered not only through 1:1 inbound inquiries but also through engaging and educational proactive interactions. You will also serve as an escalation point for payer inquiries when client awareness and/or involvement is required. 

Your primary stakeholders outside of the Client Experience team will be Flywire Relationship Managers and our Cash Management team. Through cross functional collaboration, you will provide top-notch service to Flywire’s clients resolving their daily inquiries and optimizing their (and their payer’s) usage of Flywire products.
