Responsibilities

• Oversee building and data centre facilities; recording and reporting on the BMS / EMS / Fire D&P / Chiller / Electrical etc.
• Administrator for preventative maintenance programs to ensure that equipment are properly serviced & maintained.
• Maintain good documentation of facilities and / or equipment maintenance.
• Prepare monthly SLA reports for equipment uptime, power usage & temperature readings.
• Respond to emergency situation and be on 24x7 standby duty.
• Prepared to be on 24x7 standby recall to provide extra manpower coverage when necessary.
• Oversee new data centre projects as well as renovation and maintenance to existing space.
• Responsible to handle site inspections / audits by external authority (eg. HDB / LTA / NEA / FSB).
• Schedule and track servicing jobs and vendor management on a daily basis.
• Maintain high customer service level standards.
• Managed all facilities contracts.

Education & Certification Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in Building/ Facility Management or any other related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience

Skills & Experiences Requirement

• Must possess broad-based knowledge and skills in the areas of building technology, mechanical and electrical services and facilities management
• Must possess relevant experience in Data Centre facility management and vendor management
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Project management is preferred
• Good ability to multi-task and job tracking skill

Responsible for the full spectrum of corporate compliance, financial and management accounting functions of a portfolio of 10 companies, you will lead, oversee and manage a finance team, ensure compliance with the Group's financial policies / procedures and local statutory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reports
• Analyse and review financial reporting
• Perform cash flow forecasting as well as budgeting and forecasting
• Handle corporate tax filings and GST tax matters
• Formulate and implement processes to improve internal controls
• Liaise and coordinate with external corporate secretary, bankers, auditors and tax agents
• Provide expertise in any ad-hoc corporate projects

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA)
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience with strong leadership capability
• Proficiency in SAP Byd is preferred, with strong knowledge of general ledger.
• Sound knowledge of Singapore's IFRS, Corporation law, Taxation law and relevant statutory requirement
• Good command of written and spoken English coupled with the ability to formulate and articulate policies and instructions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to relate to people at all levels
• Proactive, meticulous, "hands-on" and able to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
