Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and strengthen the employer’s branding and candidate’s hiring experience
• Regularly provide recruitment trends, analysis and market intelligence to stakeholders and HR Business Partners
• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of executive roles in the region within the budget
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on talent attraction best practices

• Collaborate with Marketing, HR teams and internal stakeholders across the region and for each market to strengthen the brand image of the organization and to ensure a consistent brand strategies
• Utilize social media, job boards and other platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates
• Participate and engage with educational partners, design and implement events to elevate the attraction of the organization as Employer of Choice

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• 6 - 8 years’ experience of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry
• Proven experience in Employer Branding Initiative
• Good understanding of HR practices and operations, including knowledge of employee relations and compensation & benefits
• Track record of successes in the ability to attract right talents to meet immediate and long-term business needs

Tunnel Supervisor and General Foreman (M&E)

Required to be experienced in operations of TBM machine, excavation and ring building.

• Prepare tunnel progress reports, and other tunnel-related documentation.
• Prepare and carry out the presentation of tunneling works prior to the commencement of works.
• Plan and monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization, and equipment deployment.
• Conduct daily site inspection and supervision of bored tunneling works.
• Supervision work on a TBM machine controlling the tunnel labor in excavation and ring build.
• Maintain site records of excavated volumes, grouting records, and other construction work.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on tunnel projects.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
• Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
• Act as the main technical adviser for tunnel projects.
• Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

Minimum of 3 years relevant experiences as a production support or at least infrastructure support or development role.

Preferred

· Minimum 3 years of experience with UNIX environments

· Minimum 3 years of experience in scripting languages such as Python, Powershell

· Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in any of these tools and technologies such as Ansible, Gitlab, Azure Devops, Docker, Kubernetes

· Experience with task schedulers such as Control-M

· Good understanding of IT ecosystems and application architectures

Knowledge about

· CICD pipelines, ITIL practices, Agile practices, Lean
