b) Strong knowledge in application support and maintenance and possesses hands-on’ knowledge and experience in end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle;

• Architect and orchestrate robust data pipelines and integration points between systems.

The VP, Lead Counsel II (C13) is a senior level position responsible for providing legal guidance and thought leadership to the business. The overall objective of this role is to provide legal support, advice, and guidance to the business.

This role requires a pragmatic, proactive attorney with thorough understanding of the Business, combined with a solid conceptual / practical grounding in the laws and regulations for the geographies in which we operate. In this role, you’re expected to provide key legal support on Business Strategies & Initiatives, Managed Investments and Client Segments matters:

Key Business Strategies & Initiatives responsibilities include:

• Partnering with Cross Enterprise Legal and/or Wealth lawyers and business teams to implement regulation, working with Legal product teams and industry working groups to advocate for regulatory change;
• Serving as a key liaison between BS&I, Global Legal Services, Regulatory Advisory Legal and their respective businesses in connection with various initiatives;

The Climate Transformation Programme (CTP) aims to develop, inspire and accelerate knowledge-based solutions and educate future leaders to establish the stable climate and environment necessary for resilient, just, and sustainable Southeast Asian societies.

CTP will generate knowledge and innovation across disciplines including climate and Earth science, ecology, materials science, artificial intelligence, humanities, social sciences and the arts, finance, health, and engineering. It will also translate state-of-the-art scientific results into real world solutions for Singapore, and it will transfer these solutions to Southeast Asia (SEA) and beyond.

As part of this programme, Cluster 5 - Climate and finance markets, will measure and price climate risk in financial markets, design innovative risk financing solutions to climate change risks, and quantify economic impact of climate policies.
