Job Description

• Load items from the warehouse to the vehicles.

• Handle collection of cash from the vending machine and handover cash collected to the company based on company’s SOP.

• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness of vending machine in accordance with company standards on machine appearance and is responsible for the normal operation of the vending machines.

• Feedback on customer complaints and problematic machine. Perform service recovery should this occurs during the replenishment of stock.

• Maintaining, conducting common troubleshooting, and removing/replacing components in vending machines.

• Adhere to safety standards as stipulated by the company.

• Willing to accept additional responsibilities assigned from time to time by the Management.

Requirement

• Minimum O levels education

• Class 3 driving license

• Light-moderate physical work is required, can carry up to 25 kg load

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the handling, storage and disposal of hazardous or toxic materials
• Provide a prompt and appropriate technical advice to Sales and Operation Personnel on their waste management enquiry which includes waste handling procedure and costing
• Developing and implementing plans for safe waste disposal activities by compliance with environmental regulations & HSE requirements
• Responsible for ensuring highest possible uptime and availability for mechanical, electrical & material handling for the plant
• Able to start a plant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering,Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hazardous waste management operations.
• Experience in managing and supervising personnel.
• Professional certification in hazardous waste management is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with hazardous waste management.
• Familiar with the application of relevant license.

Responsibilities

• Providing end to end service coordination with both internal (sales, service, warehouse) and external customers or suppliers.
• Providing administrative support to Operations and Service team
• Coordinate on all project activities from procurement to order or service delivery
• Resolve service team admin issues timely
• Monitor project progress, preparation and submission to finance for timely billing
• Carry out administrative tasks including data input, maintaining records, paperwork and proper filing
• Tracking, checking of all service reports and follow up with engineers to ensure timely submission
• Handling enquiries from customers and suppliers
• Involve in internal audit
• Involve in quarterly stock take
