KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Scholar Development and Care policies and implementation

• Oversee the residential living and daily routines of the scholars

· Middleware Application Installation expertise across different platforms like JBOSS, WebLogic, WebSphere

· Hands on experience in setup of Web Server components like Apace, NGNIX

· Knowledge to build software components using source code compilation like Apache etc.

· Good understanding and hands on knowledge of SSL and other application authentication mechanism like 1 Way SSL, 2 Way SSL, UFW etc. setup and configuration

· Good knowledge and experience in understanding the network topologies that are required to be incorporated across different tier of architecture

· Good knowledge of Oracle database and RAC setup, and the configuration setup required across application layer for the connectivity

· Ability to work on identification of vulnerabilities and fix them

Key Responsibilities

The Application Development Manager is responsible for leading a team of analyst and developers, managing the system development, implementation and support of Cards related applications on the mainframe platform with overall accountability.

· Responsible for end-to-end software development and support. This includes pre-project initiation, impact analysis, functional specifications to development, implementation, testing and support.

· Responsible for the understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level.

· Partner with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide consultation on solution and technology.

· Manage or lead a team of Analyst and developers to implement solution that meet business requirements and are in alignment with organization's business objectives.

· Manage the application setup and deployment components.

· Manage development issues and escalations.

· Work with vendor to ensure product deliveries are timely and good quality.

· Manage budget coming from different projects.

· Hands on manager to guide team on functional and technical issues. Have the capability to develop COBOL (or CICS-COBOL) programs according to functional & technical specifications.

· Write program specifications and documentation / flowcharts

· Perform unit and system integration testing

· Ensure project documentation is done up in accordance to bank standards

Key Requirements:

Technical Skills & Experience

• At least 12 years of experience in application development and maintenance with full software development life cycle experience
• Hands-on experience on cards application domain on a mainframe platform.
• Significant domain knowledge in Cards and Payments.
• Strong delivery and project management experience in implementing large scale, highly available applications for the financial services/banking sector
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven results-oriented person with a focus on delivery
• Highly effective communicating with technical stakeholders, proficient communicating with non-technical stakeholders
• Good problem solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills
• Experience in leading Cards Compliance delivery

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property, as well as creating a hospitable experience for our guests.
• Establish a professional communication and provide tip-top hospitality services to our guests, including managing check-ins / check-outs, enquiries and maintenance requests.
• Conduct room viewings for guests who request for a room change, and follow-up with the necessary proper documentations in our property management system.
• Roll out housekeeping rosters and coordinate in-room / external maintenance work with contractors.
• Support the daily maintenance of the property, including assisting with basic fixes, conducting regular property inspections, and supervising scheduled maintenance works such as air-con servicing, electronic door lock reprogramming and landscaping works.
• Manage incident reporting actively and take remedial actions to resolve the problems. Maintain good records of all incidents and maintenance tickets raised.
• Ensure compliance of Safety & Building regulations and all other statutory requirements, including Fire Safety & CERT regulations.
• Provide support for community events held within the property.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or relevant field.
• At least 2 year(s) of experience in student hostel / serviced office operations management.
• Experience in property / facilities management or front desk would be advantageous.
• Good team player with interpersonal, analytical, presentation skills.
• Service-orientated with pleasant disposition.
• Experience in using MS Office.
