• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer’s complaint, determining the cause of problem, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Handling reports related to complaints, feedback and product issues from internal and external.
• Ensure all orders are entered in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.

Back-end Processing

• Receive and process incoming orders through phone calls, emails, fax, and online ordering system. And ensure that customer orders are processed in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure proper tracking on all the orders, liaise with factory, and updates customer on the estimated delivery timing.
• Coordinate & liaise closely with various internal departments & external parties to ensure timely service delivery for customers

Others

• Other duties may be assigned as business needs arise.

Qualifications

Education:

• Diploma in Optometry or equivalent

Experience:

• Preferred 2 years of relevant working experience in optical retails
• Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office products (e.g.: Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• Supervising experience is an advantage

Key Job Responsibilities

Project Leadership and Strategy Implementation:

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate project risks and demand plans to ensure smooth project execution.
• Understanding the Project - Budget, actively for contract engotiations along with legal teams

Executive Communication and Reporting:

• Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings and materials to senior members of the team ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and internal teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Technology), maintaining continuous communication and transparency throughout project lifecycles.

Stakeholder Engagement and Team Collaboration:

• Strong relationships with stake holders at all levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined and integrated into project plans.
• Lead regular governance forums where different aspects of the project delivery, SLAs, risk and control items and etc...

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

• Continuously evaluate project processes and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate best practices into project management, including refining business requirements gathering processes.

Accountability and Success Metrics:

• Take full responsibility for the engagement’s success, tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 10 years of experience as a technology-focused Program Manager or in a similar leadership role in a financial /Banking services industry
• Project management certifications, such as PMP, Agile, or equivalent.
• Experience with project management (5years) with regular client interactions
• Proven experience defining and managing KPIs/SLAs/Milestones to drive multi-million dollar businesses, with regular reporting to senior leadership.
