To strengthen our team at our subsidiary Kirsch Pharma Asia Pacific in Singapore we are looking for a
SUPPLY CHAIN ASSISTANT
to support our customers in respective industries in the Asian market place.
Your new challenge
• Responsible for preparation and handling of shipping documents and purchase orders via system entries for sales and purchasing
• Liaise and coordination of order deliveries for smooth closure of orders with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction
• Purchasing, inventory and warehouse activities management
• Any other ac-hoc duties when arise
Your convincing profile
• Minimum diploma in any field
• Meticulous, committed and friendly with good communication skills
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft excel skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of further languages is an advantage
