Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible, as a part of the HR function in MooVita, to support and execute initiatives planned by management. Responsibilities revolve around the generalist scope ranging from HR Operations, Employee Relations, Payroll Processing, Employee Engagement, Onboarding and Employee Exits. The incumbent will also support functions in the area of Recruitment & Learning & Development.

Responsibilities:

HR Operations

• Be the point of contact for employees with matters pertaining to HR matters
• HR Administration such as documentation pertaining to Employee Records in HR System and maintenance of P-Files and Contracts
• Leave management
• Support in monthly payroll processing and CPF submissions
• Lead employee engagement initiatives such as activities, events, and birthday celebrations
• Offboard and conduct the exit interview

Recruitment

• Execution of talent acquisition (TA) and sourcing strategies that identify and secure a highly talented workforce and scale to support the company’s continued growth
• Assist with interview coordination, interview preparation, and facilitation
• Assist with gathering requirements for hiring and internships
• Support in full recruitment cycle from identifying needs, job posting, sourcing, interview arrangement, salary proposal to onboarding

Learning & Development

• Work with Team Leaders & Management to gather requirements and source for suitable courses & training
• Conduct internal training such as orientation & HR policy briefings

Your Role:
As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development of application test software, device drivers and customer reference software. You will be working in various aspects of the SoC development in FPGA prototyping, post silicon validation and customer reference applications.

• Work closely with SoC Design and Verification engineers to develop a comprehensive and complimentaryvalidation test plan.
• Participate in SoC design reviews to have in-depth understanding of the chip.
• Participate in PCB design review to provide requirements from software perspectives.
• Develop Hardware Abstract layer drivers for in-house testing as well as production ready SDK for customers.
• Validate new and existing hardware IP on FPGA prototype and actual silicon.
• Validate system level performance and test for robustness of SoC.
• Working with Product and Application team to develop software for the customer reference design in areas such as motor controls, Human Machine Interface (GPU), Edge Machine Learning applications.

Your Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in firmware development in ARM-based MCU products.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Semiconductor industry or equivalent technical knowledge/experience in electronics circuit design.
• Understanding of ARM architecture, heterogeneous multicore system, and communication interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, CAN, Bluetooth, SPI, I2C, UART, SDMMC will have an added advantage.
• Understanding of DVP, Graphics accelerator and machine learning models deployment.
• Worked with RTOS, device drivers, filesystems, HAL, security, and Software development cycle.
• Proficient in programming language of C, C++, and assemble language.
• Proven experience in common firmware development tools and lab tools, such as IDE (KEIL, IAR, GCC), Debugger (ULink, JLink), Lab equipment (Oscilloscopes, Programmable power supplies, Logic Analyzers etc.).
• Good with Electrical interface, schematic, electronic component specification and datasheet.

Pay Rate: $13/h

Responsibilities:

Claims Management – Outpatient and Inpatient Medical Claims

• Understand and examine the provisions of medical policies to determine the patient’s/member’s level of medical coverage against the terms and conditions of the policy
• Provide accurate and efficient assessment of medical claims, validation, pre-authorisation of applications and LOG issuance
• Ensure evidence and claims information are documented and maintained in accordance to company compliance policies and SLA
• Work with the management team to share claim trends, analyse and interpret data in relation to medical claims and identify areas of improvement in the current medical claims cycle and SOPs
• Contribute to ad hoc projects, initiatives, and other activities such as new developments of Medical Claims solutions and processes

Requirements:

• Able to commit minimum 3 months period, 5 days a week (Mon to Fri)
• Able to commit to either fixed morning and/or fixed afternoon shifts
• Experience of claims process for medical claims, preferable in a Third-Party Administrator/Managed Healthcare environment is ideal
