Overall job objectives

Responsible for manning the reception area by providing timely and efficient services to visitors and employees.

Provide support to Director.

Core responsibilities

• Responsible for the accurate data and update of information in all databases, corresponding it to the shared database (CMS, TMS, CRM etc)
• Responsible for handling all incoming calls courteously and professionally by providing accurate information to the callers.
• Receive all members and visitors professionally and to assist them with enquiries on behalf of the organization.
• Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area and meeting rooms at all times. If necessary, liaise with the service providers to clean the common areas when there is heavy traffic.
• Maintain, schedule and update the meeting rooms bookings and uploaded to the public calendar for viewing
• Maintain and update members’ records.
• Schedule and arrange of committee meeting for members
• Assist to book accommodation at the corporate hotels and provide any ad hoc services requested.
• Assists in general administration tasks and provide secretarial support for Executive Director and Chairman.

Job Summary:
The Assurance Manager- Internal Auditor, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will oversee multiple projects or a portfolio of related projects that are aimed at achieving the department objectives, specifically for the Security Assurance Program workstream. The Manager ensures that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet required quality standards, and, when possible, implement improvements.

This role supports the associated global assurance efforts and leads audit projects from simple activities to more complex plans. Through collaboration with colleagues, security teams, and business stakeholders, the Manager prepares comprehensive project planning, manages resources, coordinates tasks, and maintains project documentation and data. The utilization of Lean Six Sigma and ISO standards to identify issues with documented processes, data analysis, and recommendations to improve quality control are important aspects of the position. Essential Functions:

1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
2. Serve as the primary resource for assurance issues for internal audits.
3. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
4. Perform assigned tasks within assigned deadlines and requirements, including oversight of all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
5. Act as the point of contact and communicate project statuses with management.
6. Develop and establish program processes and procedures.
7. Manage and coordinate goals and activities in conjunction with sound assurance and personnel management concepts.
8. Planned, coordinated, and directed the work of others in discharging the company assurance mission.
9. Supervise contracted vendors and resources within the assigned team.
10. Develop and manage all team-related training programs.
11. Maintain good working relations with external and internal customers.
12. Provide advice and counsel to regional and area security managers on matters relating to inspection, testing, assessment and validation.
13. Identify and define objectives, strategies, and priorities relating to assurance and validation matters.
14. Conduct process compliance and quality management system internal audits, per schedule and defined procedures, using audit checklists and other documentation tools and standards.
15. Investigate and follow-up on issues observed during internal audits to determine impact and recommend mitigation strategies.
16. Adhere to and apply all aspects of assurance and validation protocols in a consistent manner.
17. Ensure audits and remote tests are closed out and submitted to Corporate Security on time.
18. Complete and ensure quality of assurance assessments and preparation of reports.
19. Comply with all applicable laws, statutes, or standards from regulatory and accrediting agencies as applicable.
20. Initiate and facilitate changes to improve services through effective communication, collaboration, and interdisciplinary problem-solving.
21. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Civil Engineering Construction Supervisor

• As a Civil Engineering Construction Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be to ensure that teams work together to deliver quality work within strict deadlines.
• You will also monitor all construction processes and provide training and team-building sessions when required.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, performing equipment material and routine site inspections, and scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff will also be part of your daily duties.
• You will work closely with architects and other professionals, stay up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction, and assist with the recruitment and training of new staff.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Must be available to work on public holidays, weekends, and the night shift if required.
• Excellent communication skills, focus, calmness under pressure, and expertise in site documentation and preparation are essential.
• Must also be willing to work beyond regular working hours.
