• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, services, room types, special packages, dining promotions, and departmental policies and procedures.
• Review upcoming arrivals and VIP reservations three days in advance, assigning rooms, amenities, and handling special requests while coordinating with relevant departments to ensure guest preferences are met.
• Supervise, direct, and manage room inventory for the Front Office, ensuring preferred room types and accommodations are available upon guest arrival.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations to uphold service quality standards and meet member expectations, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures by all Front Office associates.
• Develop and implement specific goals and plans to organize and prioritize work effectively.
• Gather and report feedback on services to management for continuous improvement, handling complaints, disputes, grievances, conflicts, and negotiations as needed.
• Participate in developing and implementing corrective action plans to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure operational efficiency and maintain equipment and supplies for optimal readiness.
• Monitor 'Manual Hold' and 'Work Order' rooms, coordinating site inspections required by Sales related to room management.
• Verify Guest Service Ambassador cashiering and due-outs at the end of each shift, ensuring cash floats are balanced as per guidelines.
• Train and develop employees extensively in technical, hospitality, communication, management, and organizational skills, documenting all training activities.
• Lead orientation and training sessions for new hires.
• Adhere strictly to company credit policies to ensure anticipated revenue is received.
• Monitor overall cleanliness of the Front Office, Lobby, Pacific Lounge, and Living Room.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate quarterly guest activities, proposing ideas to enhance the guest experience.
• Encourage guest feedback through TrustYou surveys and monitor objectives such as TripAdvisor and TrustYou for the Front Office.
• Possess food and beverage knowledge to facilitate operations in the Pacific Lounge during breakfast service.
• Conduct training sessions on Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with guidelines.

The Person

• Minimum of 10 years of front office experience in hospitality, including 3-4 years in front office management.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management from a recognized hospitality training institute.
• Excellent knowledge of front office management and operations within the hospitality industry.
• Proven management and leadership experience in a team or group environment.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the daily warehouse operations and inventory accuracy. He/ she is expected to:

• Perform physical receiving and QC checks
• Record and update receiving and QC information to WMS / QC module systems
• Conduct QC check in accordance to sample size and quality document
• Ensure QC items meet quality requirement as stated in the quality document.
• Take photos of product quality and download/upload photos into QC module or reports.
• Participate in quality improvement meetings/initiatives/ projects.
• Reject failed QC items from suppliers / transfer failed QC items to non-conforming storage area.
• Ensure non-conforming products are not delivered to the stores.
• Ensure proper disposal of non-conforming products.
• Provide support and guidance to new staffs on Fruits quality checks, enabling them to perform in theirroles.
• Able to process order and other administrate matter such as store's feedback.
• Physically fit to carry carton boxes 20 kg and below.
• Using MHE to perform physical movement of pallets.
• Computer and Tablet literacy.
• Any other jobs as assigned by Reporting Officer

• Prior experience in quality check / control of perishable food (eg. fruits, vegetables etc) in a warehouseor distribution centre environment.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Can-do attitude and self-motivated individual who is passionate about QC.
• Good communication skills.
• Prior hands-on experience in warehousing and/or QC related platforms/system modules.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proven ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklift and reach truck.
• Has a valid forklift license.
• Open to working in a cold room environment (2 - 8 degrees celsius) and carry heavy load if required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Work location: 7 Sunview Road
• Working hours: Any 6 days a week based on shift timing (eg. 12:30pm - 8:20pm) including weekends and public holidays.

· Responsible for preparation and submission of tenders including quantity take-offs and pricing

· Sourcing for suitable subcontractors and suppliers to support in tender

· Identify items that need technical support from the operation team and liaise with them on temporary work design, execution methodology and planning matters

· Identify discrepancies in BQs, drawings, specifications and put up queries to consultants or clients for clarification

· Analyse subcontractors/suppliers quotations for completeness and negotiate to sharpen tender price

· Prepare monthly report: earned value and projected final contract value (including status of re-measurements and variations)

· Track, record and submit detailed variations claims and close off with clients promptly

· Monitor project completion date(s) and assist project manager in time/cost claims

· Manage progress claims and payments of the prime contract and subcontracts

· Handles contract administration and settlement of final accounts with clients and subcontractors

· Review tender/project requirements and preparation of method statement, work execution plan, QA / QC / HSSE document, project schedule & programming of resources and execution plan for technical proposals of a project

· Collating all documentation (eg questionnaires, Company’s certificates, etc) for submission

· Collaborate with various internal units to develop winning bids
