• Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Handling incoming call, emails and correspondence.
• Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Verifying and reconciling invoices and receipts.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to office and financial activities.
• Responsible for monthly CPF contributions and Quarterly GST submission .
• Ad-hoc duties as and when required
• 5.5 days work (Alternate Saturday)

Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma in Accounting/ Finance, or LCCI certified, or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word)
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of factory facilities and office equipment.
• Register for courses, process pass applications, and update records as needed.
• Apply for work permits and manage matters related to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
