About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance Officer to join a prominent bank on an 8-month contract. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to the bank’s compliance team, ensuring adherence to AML policies, identifying suspicious activities, and supporting anti-financial crime initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Is responsible for compliance of all therapy standards as stipulated by the Ministry of Health and Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
• Carry out assessment on residents as part of the admission assessment and conduct regular routine assessment on in-house residents who may require physiotherapy or rehabilitation service.
• Recommend appropriate physio or rehab programme for residents.
• Provide leadership to the therapy staff to ensure safe and quality resident care, and in compliance to standards. Is responsible for the supervision, evaluation and disciplining of staff in her/ his team
• Promote evidence-based practices on therapy services
• Ensure written policies, procedures and work process are available and up to date to guide therapy services

• Assist in the implementation of resident’s discharge plan to ensure smooth transition back to the community

• Oversee the administration of the physiotherapy office, station, equipment and all relevant facilities. To report any faults to the manager. Ensure proper documentation and billing for residents.
• Maintain an inventory list of therapy equipment and ensure regular maintenance is done
• Perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the Administrator.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a recognised qualification in Physiotherapy and fully registered with AHPC, Singapore.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in a healthcare environment.
• Applicants must be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people and cultures, maintaining a high level of quality service.
• Self-motivated to keep up-to-date with advances in the field of physiotherapy.
• Have an interest in neuro and geriatrics rehabilitation preferred.

Clinical Care

a. Assists the registered nurses in the delivery of nursing care to the residents in the Home.

d. Ensures the comfort and good personal hygiene of the residents under her/his care, e.g. bed bath/shower bath, changing of clothes and bed sheets and tidiness of the room.

e. Identify symptoms of residents that are related to illnesses and/or decline in functional and cognitive abilities and advocate early medical attention.

Training and Development

f. Mentor and guide nursing aides and healthcare attendants in performing their functional duties.

g. Attend upgrading programs to keep abreast with clinical knowledge and to develop work-required skills.

Administration

h. Educate family members of residents on their health conditions and help them gain understanding on the holistic care provided.

i. Ensure all documentation of residents’ case is maintained appropriately.
