RESPONSIBILITIES

The Early Intervention for Children (EIC) Services helps equip children with motor, communication, social, self-help and cognitive skills. THK EIC involves structuring classes around small groups encompassing early childhood special education, social work and therapy support services to stimulate their adaptive functioning and school readiness skills.

Class Engagement:

• Plan, prepare and carry out an effective routine-based intervention programme for the class to meet every childs IEP
• Work towards functional outcomes of the child through child engagement, embedding of naturalistic strategies, differentiation of prompts, behavioural intervention techniques
• Carry out recommended therapeutic strategies as part of the transdisciplinary team
• Prepare age appropriate teaching resources based on childrens interest
• Maintain a respectful learning environment for the children with the practice of positive discipline by treating all children with dignity and respect and allow for individual differences
• Be familiar with and adhere to the programme policies, health and safety regulations and emergency procedures and be ready to implement these if necessary

Working in Teams:

• Supervise and be responsible for Assistant Teachers and Teacher Aides under their respective grouping
• Mentor Assistant Teachers and Teacher Aides in the areas of classroom management, basic teaching strategies, and behavioral intervention techniques
• Meeting with Assistant Teachers and Teacher Aides regularly for allocation of roles in the classroom, brainstorming, planning and preparation of activities and resources.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals for their Teacher Aides
• Participate actively in cluster discussions
• Be involved in at least two event planning
• Buddy new teachers
• Conduct sharing sessions to share the knowledge acquired during external trainings

Management of Processes:

• Maintain timely submission and updates of all required teachingrelated documentation
• Conduct both home and school visits based on needs
• Conduct parents-teachers meetings, pre-cases and case conferences

• Degree or
• Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching/ Early Intervention/ Special Education
• 1 to 3 years experience working with families and children

Job Title: Accounts Executive（ID2103）

Job Description
• Involved in accounts payable and accounts receivables functions, including, but not limit to, the following:
-Posting of supplier invoice and petty cash claim
-Prepare payment schedule and process payments using cheques, GIRO, bulk payments, telegraphy transfer
-Monthly statement of accounts circulation to all receivables
-Daily cash collection
• Responsible for timely and accurate invoicing for intercompany and monthly intercompany reconciliation
• Provide timely analysis on AR aging and perform reconciliation between operating and accounting system
• Work closely with other functions to proactively manage and resolve payment and receipt issues effectively and efficiently
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager

Requirement
• At least 2 year working experience in the accounting field

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Match and tally the cash deposit/ bank transactions against the cash sales report.
• Reconcile cash sales report with Oracle & CIAM.
• Responsible for cash sales matters. Eg: cash discrepancy, timely payment collection, appropriate waiver/compensation by CS.
• Daily payment checking for D/T received.
• Keying of cheque collected in OCCP.
• Update and maintain bank record on payment transactions.
• Upload cash transaction and recognition of cash transaction in OCCP.
• Assist in Accounts receivable preparation and issuance of manual invoices and SOA.
• Posted manual invoice in CIAM.
• AR tidy up in month end closing.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma in Accounting/Business/Finance or related discipline
• Adhere to principles, integrity, good character and attitude, a good professional ethics; willing to communicate, and have the sense of teamwork
• Good command in both spoken and written language skills, internal and external communication skills for liaising with Chinese counterparts and customers
• Proficient in MS word & Excel, Oracle and SAP will be an advantage

Job Summary:

Mandatory Skill-set:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent;

• Preparation of test scripts and writing SQLs based on mapping specifications;
• Report & monitor test progress & defects and document testing results / reports;
• Supervise change management by tracking, managing and escalating issues.
