Responsibilities:

• Review Finance Executive’s work for accurate maintenance of accounts
• Perform monthly processing of payroll including calculation of salaries, bonuses, and deductions and submission of monthly CPF contributions
• Preparation and submission of GST returns, IR8A and yearly financial statements and corporate tax
• Liaise with external parties - bankers, customer, suppliers and IRAS
• Handle corporate secretarial matters such as preparation of annual return
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements including GST and tax matters
• Produce accurate financial and management reports in a timely manner
• Support management by analysing and providing financial information to enable well-informed decisions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience handling a company’s finances preferably in service industry
• Possess a degree in accounting/finance or relevant field or equivalent (CA Singapore)
• IT-savvy and proficient in cloud accounting, digital workflows and Google Sheets
• Knowledge in Singapore’s accounting standards and tax laws
• Responsible, independent and positive can-do attitude
