Responsibilities

• To operate the Residential Concierge Department which provides concierge services to residents of two luxury condominiums in the Nassim/Tanglin area. The position will be onsite and may involve traveling between the two locations.
• Responsible for the entire operations including Breakfast service, all-day refreshments, pool and gym towel replenishment, and a personalized concierge experience by extending various services from Artyzen Singapore and other 3rd party vendors.
• To be in constant liaison with the hotel and real estate company on the evolving requirements.
• Ensure that the tenant's experience is at the forefront of what we do and that all requests are dealt with promptly and professionally. Responsible for coordinating and overseeing that all tenant requests are attended to with the highest service levels.
• Liaise with the hotel or relevant 3rd party vendors on all services provided/arranged for tenants.
• Monitor service and Operation standards in the areas of the Residential Concierge Department.
• Be available and on duty, shift work when necessitated.
• Participate in the framework to provide Residential Concierge Services.

Requirements

• Vocational studies related to the field of Hotel & Tourism Mmanagement with at least 1 year experience in front office or guest facing roles, possible combination with studies.
• Preference for candidates with guest services experience in an established or luxury/upscale hotel or apartments.
• Service-oriented, attentive to details and observant.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Adaptable and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skill.
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
• Passionate and enthusiastic with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Contents Creation (40%)Monitor social buzz and trends and translate them to actions to help support business goals.
Conceptualizing and creating social media content (Photography/ Videography/ Graphic Design) for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok etc...
Manage our social media accounts

Marketing (60%)Involved in the planning and execution of activations and campaigns to support new launches and brand’s key promotions.
Ensure launch/campaign readiness, planning and execution of product launches/marketing activations to ensure alignment with brand strategy in collaboration
Lead the development of brand collaterals (brochures and gift with purchases)
Develop product page for new launch product by localizing from the original Korean content.
Support AMM on media campaigns, KOL marketing & liaison and social campaigns to drive brand growth.
Support the team in daily operations follow-up & execution (quality issues, or any brand related matters)
Support / Lead new launch physical events

Requirements
At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience (Relevant Beauty field and interest in Korean Beauty will be a plus.)
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro
A self-starter who can work independently with a positive mindset, collaborative and passionate about beauty & marketing.
A strong team player with good communication skills to facilitate cross functional discussions
Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks in detail with great multitasking skills in a very fast-paced environment

• Handle order administrations, process customers's orders, raise amendment, cancellation, follow-up on customers' orders via the SAP R3 System provide customer service.
• Monitor and secure and file all necessary shipping documentation of imports, exports and drop shipments from Europe, China to the SEA region.
• Monitoring the status of the incoming and outgoing shipment.
• Support Area Sales Managers regarding purchase, forwarders, shipping process, customs duty, liaise and support our warehouse in Singapore regarding delivery of goods and arrange pick up by freight forwarder and customers with warehouse.
• Follow up on customers' order closely and monitor shipment date to ensure timely delivery and expedite shipments as needed.
• Execute all aspects of the company's administration for operations.
