Reporting to the Security Manager, you will be part of an operations team ensuring the safety of both the hotel's premises and guests.

Key responsibilites

• Planning and management - assist with manpower roster and deployment.

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive for maternity cover for the HR Shared Services Team.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle daily HR shared services including employee lifecycle, benefits administration, issuance of letters and other administrative tasks
• Responsible in timely and accurate processing of full cycle payroll including but not limited to incentives, festive advance payments, CPF & IR8E/A submission
• Computing backpay, overtime, unpaid leave, prorated salary & allowances, final salary for resignees and notice in lieu by employee/employe
• Verifying timesheets and allowance claims for accurate pay-out
• Support in work pass renewal/cancellation and ensure compliance with labour law in the discharge of duties
• Supporting HR and Payroll related audit requirements and any statutory inspections independently
• Support in providing operational data reports as and when required
• Perform monthly payroll reconciliation for Finance reporting
