Individual to be involved in: Identify areas for improvement in operational processes. Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.

•Data analysis, to be savvy with microsoft excel, ppt as well as software to inteprete operational data. •Ability to leverage on technology for process improvement. •Understanding of quality management systems. •Have very strong communication skills, both written and verbal. •Experience in leading and managing organisational change. •Ability to guide teams through transitions or organisational change.
